Location and everything were great! We booked Residence Vienna several months in advance and only received instructions to upload our passports and register online at the very last minute. Unfortunately, there is no receptionist on site, which was not clear at the time of booking. When we arrived, we couldn’t get in until we managed to upload our passports using the Wi-Fi outside the building, which took almost half an hour. Very inconvenient after a long trip. Future guests should be aware that check-in requires a good internet connection and online registration before arrival in order to receive the access code.

It is a comfortable spacious one-bedroom apartment located close to the metro station and near the center of the city. It was equipped with all necessary stuff for travelers.

Lovely apartment! Not very big but modern, well equipped and good air conditioning. Only 5 minutes walk to Shottenring Ubahn also, and the lovely Karmelitermarkt area. We used to live nearby, so it was like being home again!

Comfortable and easy to access the old town and the conference centre
