I’m disappointed. I will not recommend this hotel who don’t value respect and treat people fairly. They need to master customer service!

My experience at this hotel was so negative that I will absolutely never return. What should have been a simple, comfortable stay turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience, largely due to the unprofessional attitude of the marketing representative. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I’ve never encountered someone in a customer-facing role who was this dismissive, disrespectful, and unnecessarily rude.

I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through *******, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on *******, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability.
I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative arrangements on my own. While the hotel did eventually offer other accommodations, the overall experience was very poor and far from acceptable.

入住快捷，轻松无忧。工作人员热情高效。特大床柔软舒适。枕头完美贴合。我整晚都睡得很香。房间很安静，完全没有外界噪音。浴室一尘不染。浴缸是放松身心的理想场所。便利设施齐全，品质上乘。早餐是盘装的，新鲜美味，令人满足。开启美好一天的绝佳方式。总而言之，这是一次宁静舒适的住宿体验。一定会再来的！
