you wont regret staying here- the perfect location to everything Auburn. SO so so so cut in the decor !! I loved all the Auburn touches from the upholstery to light fixtures to pictures-- very well done- the restaurant on the roof is amazing!

Graduate Auburn
Love the graduate!! The only thing is the there are no drawers that open on the furniture in the room. Huge mistake- they need drawers that open on dressers for storage of items. It was very difficult to find places for underwear, belts, etc. I did hang all clothes up. Without the storage, it would be very difficult to stay more than a few days.

The Graduate Is a great hotel. We stayed while my daughter was at college camp. Great decor and customer service. Cleanliness was great also. Loved it and will be back soon!

Poor Customer Service
The front desk person was rude and very disrespectful. Our flight was delayed which resulted in a very late check in. Waited 40 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so we can check in and when she did come she was rude as hell and smart mouthed. Never have i experienced such rudeness at a Hilton hotel. Asked for the manager at check out she never came left my contact information she never called me her name was Brittany if I’m not mistaken. The customer service was just poor I don’t know was because I’m of African descent in Alabama or what. But I’ll never go bk and I’ll never recommend that hotel to anyone. Never want anyone to hv the experience I had.

It is possible they were assisting another guest or completing a security check. We understand the inconvenience this caused resulting in frustration at arrival.
