The room had bugs the tv wouldnt work and the neighbors where loud and rowdy plus they have a fee if u book outside of them

This place is sketchy! Super dirty and ran down. I couldn't stay there, had to leave. The bed sheets had stains and burn holes, ceiling had holes in it, room was dirty and bathroom was gross. The property has people that live there full-time. Its more like a project apartment building. One of the worst motels I've ever seen.

Thiis a family owned company. And they’re very vague and very shady on fees and different things. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. they aren’t part of any kind of chain. There is absolutely nobody to hold them accountable. My lifetime work has been working for hotel hotels like Disney, Marriott and Hilton, etc.. and then instead of allowing to pay on a credit card where there’s paper trails they want you to give them cash or Zelle them the money. I can only think that shady companies who don’t want to report what they’re making on their taxes, do these sort of things. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Sunce this is the first and only review on this site I feel like maybe they’re deleting them. I can’t imagine how anybody could’ve stayed at this place and not come up with the same thoughts. -Have you ever been to a hotel that asked you to send fees to there personal Zelle account? I have not nor has any company I’ve ever worked for done this.

For one there was no one I. The office when we got there, bust service even called to try and get an answer and no response. Second the place was dirty and people live there it’s not a normal hotel. Third after no response, ******* and the place won’t refund my money plus we had to pay for an additional hotel at 9pm and got lucky because everyone around was booked . So off to the bank to file a claim.

I think this is solidly a "two star" motel. Check in was smooth. They've done some recent updates to the rooms, but the work was a bit sloppy with things like door trim missing. Cleanliness was an issue. The bed seemed clean, but the bathroom had a good amount of hair on the floor and fixtures, there were chips on the floor of the main room, and the parking lot had an excessive amount of litter and cigarette butts. Some of the people that live in the motel seemed a little "rough", which made me wonder if it was a good idea to leave my laptop in my room or not. The second day of my stay the police showed up beating on my door looking for someone I assume was in a different room, which kind of confirmed my intuition. Anyhow, it wasn't a horrible stay, but it's definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation.

This is so unprofessional…
When we got to the place, not only they gave us a smoking room that smells and stink, but they told us that they have no other room available…
When I called to speak with the lady in front, she told us to contact ******* to tell them to contact her boss, which i did.
Today, i received an email saying that this place refused to refund me my money!
I am going to report you to the police. Smhhh…

Didn’t stay there. It was very rundown. There was plywood over windows and looked like drug activity!!!!
