Amazing design, comfortable & clean, lovely staff
Excellent place. Smells really good and it is very clean. The breakfast and breakfast lady are awesome. Very sweet. The front desk girl is equally kind and sweet. The view of front courtyard is stunning. The view of the mountains is really relaxing. Nice pool but I couldn't use it because of my work schedule. The interior architecture is amazing and the room is very roomy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink which is not my favorite but it has a top shelf and a side table to place your toiletries which is nice. The bed is comfortable enough. I have a special mattress at home so it is hard to compare. The AC temperature can't be controlled by guests which it could be a challenge for some but Italians normally don't use a lot of AC. Not an issue for me because it helped me getting up in the morning. I would must definitely stay in this hotel again and refer to friends and family.

The property is surrounded by mountains so the view is really wonderful! The ladies in the reception is very welcoming and accommodating. The only issue I have is the different types of bugs they have flying around the windows. There are dead bugs on the floor, but I do not understand why no one cleans them up. We were there for a few nights, they stayed with us from beg. till the end.
