Parking was easy and there was a security person on premise.
The room was too cold for me. The air conditioner never warmed up though it registered 80 degrees. The top blanket on the bed looked neat but was too thin to provide any warmth.

I needed a place to stay until my place was ready for move in. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Will be back for additional stay.

Photos do not correspond to the area or room
Too noisy and impossible to sleep. Room was very small and dark
Don’t trust to the photos they are far to match to the hotel room and area.
I left at 7 am and never come back

This was great for a quick one night stop! Easy access to the Lakewood hollywood bowl pick up line, long beach, and seal beach!

The area is ok but not great. We asked for a room switch since the first one smelled like cigarettes. The rooms are quite small. The walls and doors are thin so we could hear anyone walking by, as well as children running and playing. There is no breakfast or coffee. The laundry is coin op but was convenient.

Since this is a two star property, I am not expecting much so I am only going to comment on the things that are different from other Studio 6 properties I have stayed at.
1.) They did not allow us to turn down cleaning services, however, they didn't actually come in to clean. They would take the garbage and maybe change a towel but they didn't make the bed or sweep the floor.
2.) They do not have a hair dryer or any toiletries like shampoo or conditioner
3) They did have bars of soaps but the cleaning staff took it after the first day, so we had to go get new soap
4) Expect to hear people as clear as day through the walls, every conversation, video they watch on their phone or tv show.
5.) the light from the microwave is insanely bright at night, definitely cover it
6) the air conditioner kept stopping randomly with no rhyme or reason, and required being turned off and on again to work. This made the overnights very hot and restless
Overall, cleanliness was pretty decent which is all I really ask for at a motel, plus they have a fridge and microwave. There are pictures of a pool on the property but it is not listed in the amenities nor did we actually see it.
