this hotel was out of my expectation from everything, room is tidy,clean, staff are all kind. But I really don’t expect my credit card got scam used by the hotel staff, and I believed is the housekeeping staff snap the pic of my credit card, I was putting there because I felt like is a good hotel to be trusted.but damn I was wrong., this was ****ed up, I lost 200usd in total and I locked the card, funny thing is that they are stilll trying to use my card now lol🥲🥲🥲

本来要定另外一个酒店 阴差阳错定的这里 酒店环境还可以 算干净 酒店工作人员服务很好 本人生日已经过了酒店还给送了一个小蛋糕超级好吃!盲点的酒店的饭不错
第一次住在这里,我可以说是最棒的体验。服务很棒,毛巾、床单和他们提供的洗浴用品都很干净,而且都带有宜人的天然香味。食物很美味,但是餐厅不是很大。总的来说,我非常喜欢住在这里,而且我觉得这家酒店的隔音效果也很好,因为我没有被“奇怪”的声音打扰到。
酒店房间很整洁,位置便利,出行方便。早餐也挺不错的,向前台咨询时响应迅速,这些都让我很满意。
这个酒店一切都很好包括服务,但我离开酒店后,发现我的信用卡被盗刷了几笔!真的很可恶!!!到三月份还在刷!(我已经锁了卡)

服务态度还是挺不错的,都是年轻人很友善,英语沟通障碍不大,酒店厕所地漏反味,夜里臭味特别大,而且找了两次工作人员也都没有解决,两张床的房间很小很小,基本上你翻个身就去到另一个床上了,转身的空都没有,不值这个价格,周边配套也很差,很脏很乱,24小时在房间里不间断的摩托车声音,而且最重要的是没有窗户!没有可以通风的窗户!
我最喜欢的是床,超级舒服,很快就睡着了。位置离镇上不远。卫生状况还可以,但厕所里有点污渍。我们住了4晚,我们要求多加一瓶水,前台却说要额外收费,这有点奇怪,我从来没遇到过酒店要求为饮用水收费,难道在印度尼西亚这是常态吗?除此之外,服务还是不错的。早餐可以选择点印尼泡面。虽然特别,但不要期望和照片一样。
我去过亚洲很多家宜必思酒店,有趣的是,每次洗完澡后,淋浴下水道的盖子总会不安分地响个不停。
第二个意想不到的问题是他们往沐浴露里兑了水。投诉后,第二天沐浴露多了些,但里面依然兑了水。这真的很让人恼火。
总的来说,房间不错,服务也很好。
酒店地理位置非常好,交通便利,周边美食选择很多。房间设计是现代简约风格。不过,床需要升级一下,感觉有点单薄,经常吱吱作响。
房间干净,打扫及时。位置也不错。打车方便。周边用餐还可以。
房间和服务非常出色。楼下早餐也可以。就是位置有点出行不怎么方便,路阻比较严重。如果是去参加展会应该是比较方便。
