No kleenex TV, blow dryer or iron..that was disappointing but the room was clean and the shower water was just the right temperature

Full size refrigerator. Great sheets and comfy beds. Plenty of grass for walking the dogs.
男员工礼貌，女员工态度好。我预订了无障碍客房，但没订到，工作人员说是可以的，但即使轮椅能进房间，也不代表是无障碍房间，淋浴是为普通人准备的，不是为残疾人准备的。
我预订了一间无烟房，结果却被安排到了一间吸烟房。我要求换房，结果不得不通过*****才换。换房的时候（30分钟）把所有类似的无烟房都给了我。无烟房里有烟味，但至少没有烟灰缸。
糟糕的地方
酒店里到处都是蜘蛛
空调闻起来像有人在里面撒尿。我病了两天，所以直到感觉好些才注意到。住了一个星期，提前一天离开。再也不会去了。
我们在那里只呆了六个多小时，就杀死了大量蟑螂。
没有清洁服务。没有洗发水和护发素，床头柜上有烧焦的痕迹，浴巾很小，地方很脏
