Picked this location for the ev car charger and they didn’t work.
Had to walk 1/4 mile from the nearest charger with no street lights to charge the car so we could leave in the AM.
Hotel seemed pretty new, but the walls are very thin, heard every word out Neighbors said.

I was certainly impressed by this hotel. Upon arrival, Drew informed me that he upgraded my room and was so kind going above and beyond to answer my questions. My room was large, clean, and had a modern vibe. It was also quiet which made me super happy when I went to sleep in the comfy bed. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m working in Cullman.

We were not planning on this stay, and it was a last-minute reservation. Dani at the Front desk was great, and upgraded us. However, the room had no hot water, and the layout was a little different from other rooms we have stayed in at Fairfields. After a night's rest, it was better in the am, and they were all corrected. We would stay again.Thanks to all.

While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING - and not just people walking in hallways. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you including people using their restrooms. The lack of sound reduction is like nothing I have experienced in other hotel stays. I would not stay here again, I would just keep driving.

The only breakfast that was provided was coffee and oatmeal. The rooms are outdated, and I found a hair in the shower that was not mine. Also mistakenly left a watch at the hotel and had to pay nearly $40 for a return of the watch (appreciate mailing it to me) seems a little steep. Also, the bed was a bit stiff.

This hidden gem behind a row of other hotels is the newest and in pristine condition! It had an outdoor pool that was open in April, Ray the attendant at the front desk warned us it was cold and came to check on us. My 5 yr old quickly became a fan of Ray as he brought us towels to keep him warm and complimented his jumps into the pool as Ray told us he is also a cetified life guard and has been a swim instructor. Great personable service. He made sure we knew where everything was and I enjoyed his conversation and helpfulness. Breakfast was so good and my wife noticed just how clean everything was although the large breakfast area was busy with people, staff handled it all with great care to clean surfaces and refill everything. Super friendly staff. They want your business and they deserve it. Ray said since they are tucked behind every other hotel, those fill up first and they are last to, but skip those and head on back to fairfield it's worth it. My company uses Marriott for work travel and we earn pts we can use for ourselves so i stayed free with pts.
