The 2 bars/dining options in the hotel were fantastic and staff were awesome. The rooms are too small and lacking in amenities for the cost. The downtown location is wonderful but the room was disappointing. It felt like I was trapped in an Ikea display.

Loved all the bartenders both at the lobby and the Rooftop. Drinks were very well made. My room was cleaned everyday and even sheets were changed out midway through…don’t get daily cleaning service many places anymore! Hotel has a great energy…live music on Rooftop with Kimra on a Tuesday was so fun! Will continue to stay here when I come to Springfield!

This is a nice hotel. My friend and I stayed there for three nights. The hotel style is a little industrial. And a little chic. The centerpiece of the room is the shower. (I mean, the room has a really well-thought out shower.) Parking is $10/day. Can't speak on the food or the bar bites as we didn't eat at the hotel. There is a rooftop bar, which is nice, but could use some music to add some life as it was dead when we went up there.
I'd stay here again.

Picked this hotel because it was walking distance from our event and because there’s a rooftop bar open until midnight. We came back from our event at 11pm and they said they closed early. It was a quick getaway and the rooftop bar was a deciding factor over the Vandivort.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Springfield a few minute walk from restaurants and shops. The rooftop bar is spectacular!

There were no drawers and no closet and not enough hooks in the bathroom. Some of the hooks on the room wall were poorly placed and were unusable (covering the tv screen or too close to the floor).
