新开幕酒店，有我喜欢的阳台房，距离Wilson机场30分钟，酒店有夜晚的保安，感觉很安全。帮忙叫车，服务很好。餐厅食物不错。下次还住8楼。
房间很好 不算大，但是很干净，有游泳池。后面就是动物园。
在使馆区，门卫持枪安保。走出去5分钟就是village market，号称内罗毕三里屯。哈哈哈里面有些小艺术品还行，吃的也还可以，还可以办手机卡
【清洁度】
酒店很新，非常干净。房间很大，装饰得很可爱（就像酒店的名字一样，整体上很有宝石感，非常棒），住得很舒服。我还使用了桑拿，感觉很棒！
【地理位置】
酒店交通便利，从内罗毕市中心很容易到达，附近还有一个大型购物中心（建议开车前往）。步行范围内有咖啡馆和超市，非常方便。
【服务】
总的来说一切都很好，但在最后一天在酒店用餐时，账单出现了很大的金额错误。我当时用信用卡支付的，我提出希望他们取消之前的交易，然后按正确的金额重新结算，但他们说不能。当他们问我是否接受用等额的葡萄酒来弥补差价时，我感到很惊讶。由于我的飞机时间临近，我要求他们用美元现金退款，但他们也说不能。最后我填写了一份信用卡退款申请书就回国了。回国后我一直很担心是否真的能收到退款，但最终还是退款了。整个过程中他们都没有为这个错误道歉。这是一家非常好的酒店，所以最后的服务态度让我很失望。

酒店很棒，设施和房间都很漂亮，服务热情周到，水疗中心和露天泳池也很棒。
非常好
这家酒店未经允许就窃取了你的护照信息，并将其永久保存在云端。理由是“安全”。这家酒店的母公司是雅高集团，一家法国公司，受GDPR法规约束，该法规允许数据删除。GEM酒店既不遵守这些法规，也不遵守肯尼亚法律，肯尼亚法律规定信息在使用期限过后（例如，访客离开时）应予以删除。也许我应该向肯尼亚当局举报GEM酒店。GEM酒店在酒吧安排打扮成VIP客人的伴游？试试删除这条信息。
员工热情友好。酒店外观不错，但我的入住体验却非常糟糕，遇到了一些严重的问题和不便。房间的空调坏了，第一晚热得像蒸笼，第二晚又冷得像冰窖……马桶整晚都在漏水（第二晚修好了）。浴室的洗手池也漏水（第二晚也修好了）。走廊和电梯里都有一股难闻的气味。客房服务的等待时间长得离谱；我不得不打电话提醒他们我已经点了餐。
我们在这里住了三晚，体验非常棒。从前台、清洁人员到餐厅服务人员，一切都很完美，餐食也很美味。Troy Mediterranean 餐厅和 Kahani 餐厅都很棒，Ezekie 和主厨 Vivek 都非常热情好客。
酒店离 Village Market 很近，步行即可到达——非常值得一去，强烈推荐这家酒店。
我妻子生病了，前台工作人员非常乐于助人，也很体贴。
