Noisy/moldy air conditioners. Smart tv is broken and Netflix/normal apps do no work across the entire hotel from what I was told by the front desk. It's been like this for a year according to them. 2.5 star franchised out/ independently owned with poor breakfast options & lacking security. (Elevators not secured, stairs not secured, inattentive night shift staff). At check in, I'd suggest limiting the information you choose to share with the front desk. •Checkout time is at 11 and as of now this property does not seem to offer, grant, or extend late checkout request to rewards members. Not a kid friendly hotel due to the demeanor of the staff and how they choose to present themselves in public.

Unfortunately my neighbor made a lot of noice. Tobias the night manager attempted to get him to stop. When he didn’t Tobias put me in a different room. The rest of my stay was very pleasant.

Awful. Dirty and staff was friendly at the check in at night but not in the morning. We didn’t even get a good morning and no one at the check out.

Hotel was filthy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend .

Ups and some downs. Ups: It is a new property, convenient to I-20, several types of chain restaurants, a few mom and pops with some variety. Mexican, Chinese, BBQ, American, coffee shops, fast food all close. Walmart and supernear by. The room was clean. Cons. Beds are uncomfortably firm. Water pressure is low. Refrigerator makes an intermittent disturbing noise. AC was disturbingly loud. This next one may sound like a nitpick but the chime in the elevator that sounds as each floor level is passed is unusually sharp and annoying. To the point where it is very unpleasant. Kids with sensory issues could have a problem with this. I have never heard such a disturbing chime in any elevator and it became quite annoying. Breakfast eggs were disgusting as has become the standard for complentary breakfasts at hotels. Instead of carafes for coffee they have two machines that grind beans and brews each cup of coffee. It takes 1 minute for each cup. As this hotel seems to get a lot of corporate business, and breakfast time could be busy, this could lead to a traffic jam of people wanting coffee. And, for all that, the coffee wasn't good. There are other properties immediately adjacent that I would choose to try rather than return here.

Room was nice, had a handicap accessible room for my wife, room was very spacious. Room was extremely clean by Destiny. Pillows were fluffy and the bed was comfortable. Didn't get the breakfast due to early checkout but the coffee was great and fresh. They had the machine that grinds the beans when you ordered your cup. The star was Kristen, she's as pleasant and friendly and vibrant on the phone as she is in person. A lot of Gems working at this place, keep up the good work!
