Great fun hotel, very atmospheric and the staff were excellent. Great place for a couples get away. Amazing cocktails in the bar and great breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. Well worth the money. I would skip the cabin rooms and go for the normal room.

We received a ‘treat me like I’m famous’ voucher for our Christmas and used it to stay at this lovely hotel. First impressions were good. Staff at front desk were very efficient, we dropped our bags off as it was too early for check-in, although we could use the rooftop bar. The bar is all glass with lovely views over the city. On check-in, we were given a glass of Prosecco and our bags were already in the room. We upgraded to a classic room and although it looks quite small, it was beautiful. The bathroom is stunning with underfloor heating. There’s complimentary shower gel and shampoo but I was disappointed there were no bathrobes. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Glasgow but we didn’t hear a thing at night except for the air conditioning, but if you close the curtains on the bed, this drowns out the noise and also keeps the room pitch dark which helps if you want a long lie in. I felt the hotel was a bit dark with dim lighting but of course, this adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is spotless and a shout out to the cleaner who found my gold bracelet in our room after checkout. Your honesty is very much appreciated. Having credit for the cocktail bar as part of our voucher was really nice. The cocktails were amazing and the service was good. Breakfast was delicious with different choices and a glass of mimosa included. All in all, we would stay again if we received another voucher as it is quite expensive but It was a wonderful experience.

5 minutes walk from Argyll Street station, we lived the atmosphere, the room as a cabin room and more than enough for what we needed, staff were amazing, found the hotel to be very quiet, staff and service were amazing

Wow! What a hotel, never stayed in anything like this before. The decor is out of this world. Dark and moody perfect for a couples night away. Also the smell of the place is amazing. They’ve got their own scent in candles at reception which the wife had to buy to take home. The food was great, plenty to pick from and the staff on the rooftop were fab too. Looking after us and the rest of the tables. Special mention to John the manager (had a floral suit on you can’t miss him) who showed us to our room and explained everything about it. Can’t wait to return and try the presidential suite

Where can I start? From broken glass on the bedroom floor to after having booked dinner only to be told that they weren’t serving food once we had sat down and looked at the menu and tried to order, leaving us to traipse round Glasgow at 9pm to find somewhere that would feed us. Everywhere is so dark making it impossible for the housekeeping to clean and it showed, although “they have torches on their phones” as we were told when reporting the broken glass and how difficult it would be for the cleaners to see. We ordered a package with on demand prosecco so I pressed our buzzer to order it whilst my wife ran herself a bath. Imagine the decadence, prosecco and strawberries in the lovely free standing copper bath. In reality it was her sitting perched on the end of the said bath for over an hour waiting for the prosecco. Subsequent bottles were much quicker. On a plus note, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel

今天刚从格拉斯哥的众神之屋回来。我们走进酒店时，感觉它和我们住过的任何一家酒店都截然不同。从一楼以东方快车为主题的休息室，到“秘密花园”空中酒吧/休息室，处处都体现了设计者的匠心独运。酒店主题鲜明却又不失格调，有些地方只是照搬主题，显得不够地道，但这家酒店真是太棒了！我太太走进去的那一刻，脸上就洋溢着惊喜。员工服务也无可挑剔——前台的莎伦热情友好，这是我们住过的第一家主动帮忙搬运行李的酒店。酒吧的汤姆先生更是尽心尽力，确保每杯酒都完美无瑕……他做得太棒了！我当时空调出了点问题，发了条WhatsApp消息，40秒后就有人上门帮我解决了。一切都那么周到细致，没有丝毫麻烦，这在如今的酒店里真是难得。员工素质一流，房间优雅舒适。就连保安人员，当你外出呼吸新鲜空气时，他们也会密切关注（但不会过度打扰），这让人感到非常安心。你会真切地感受到这一点。无论如何，和他们在一起，你都会得到很好的照顾。空中酒吧的早餐非常棒。我想提一下价格。在这个地区，它的价格很有竞争力。大多数时候，我旅行回来都会觉得不值，但众神之屋绝对是一次难得的体验，物超所值。我们还会再来的。谢谢。

我们之前住过爱丁堡的HoG酒店，服务很棒。所以我们想试试格拉斯哥的酒店。可惜的是，要么是他们的服务水准不如爱丁堡，要么就是他们自己也成了受害者，服务简直糟透了。他们简直不在乎，毫无同情心和同理心。令人震惊的是，他们竟然在短时间内取消了其他人的住宿，而我们却因为“规定”取消一晚而收取了费用。我们不会再住他们的任何一家酒店了。
