Fantastic and friendly helpful staff. I mixed up the date on my reservation and they were able to fix it right away. The place was absolutely clean. It's a new hotel and common areas are comfortable and inviting. Breakfast bar was well run and food was good. Lovely restaurant right next door.

Room was sparsely decorated and needed to be vacuumed better. The bed was very soft, and the breakfast was nothing special. But the price was okay and the location was good and quiet.

We were very excited to stay here, as it's a new hotel. But we were disappointed overall with this one. Parking was difficult because all of the painted lines have already come off. The floor of the room had clearly not been vacuumed. There were crumbs and stuff that was not from us. The shower had not been cleaned. There was no actual hand soap, just a Dove bar. What there was for breakfast was good but there could have been more options. The only egg option was an omelet. The only meat option was bacon. And there were no potatoes, which was disappointing. The pancake maker was awesome. This hotel was also a little pricey. Over $200 for one night for one room. I think next time we will just stay across the street at the old Holiday Inn.

Not what Holiday Inn Express is supposed to be. Overpriced and poor quality Room number fallen off the wall , no coffeemaker in room, no washcloths, shower mat. Shower leaked all over the bathroom. Not even the cinnamon rolls that I expect fromHIE. The place across from parking lot was much less expensive, but I figured I could count on good quality…NOT!

Air broke, new room for night, back to original room. No hot water in sink. Did not clean room at all. Excuse, under staffed. Room was 165.00 a night. Too much for no service. I am Request a discount. Staff was friendly though. Just very disappointed. Such a new place, shouldve been better.

Your were apparently having trouble with your reservation system because the desk person couldn't locate the person in front of us. She finally created a new reservation for that person but it took a long time. I had my reservation confirmation, so my checkin, once I got there, was quick

It was good in many repects (very clean room, good breakfast, good parking, easy check in). So so in others (food and coffee were unpredictable in availability, halls and elevators werent clean, no hot water in whirlpool, lots of standing water in pool floor area, staff was loud and lots of public complaining). We visited the Eisenhower Museum which was great, but the rest of the town is run down. M&R Grill down the street was very good and the local Pizza joint downtown was as well. We would stay again and cross our fingers that their act together, lol.

Food options were pretty much the same every day. Some was overcooked.

When I arrived there was no coffee maker in the room and I had to ask for one.

There were no sheets for the sofa couch
