Staff was welcoming & we were able to get in our room right away. Room was clean & spacious. Safe worked & every piece of furniture was in good condition. Coffee was hot & there were more selections on the breakfast bar for our 2 night stay. Was accidentally charged another $44 dollars that will be applied to our next stay.

Check-in was not as seamless as it has been in times past. My ********** itinerary did not load to their reservation system & caused unnecessary consternation upon check in.

We were impressed with the brightness and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was spacious and attractive. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We will plan to stay at this hotel again.

The cleanliness of the property was great. We had everything we needed in the room. Customer service was very great from check-in to check-in. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place to stay
The Bed was more stiff than our last stay & therefore my sleep was not as restful. However, the stay, room, breakfast, service were all top notch. My Hotel of Choice when I stay in Columbus, GA.

客户服务很差，前台总是没人。我们淋浴时没有热水。好不容易联系上人，他们到房间确认后说会有人来修。
我们来这里是为了探望家人，只是短暂停留。在我们入住期间，这个问题始终没有得到解决。

晚上11点半以后，我房间外的走廊里仍然很吵闹，我没睡好。
