Customer Service wasn’t great, no one was ever at the front desk. We had no hot water in the shower. When i tracked down someone, they came to the room to verify and we were told someone would come to fix.
We were in town for a short stay to support family. This problem was not fixed for us during our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The continental breakfast was good and I don't usually eat from hotels. Staff was pleasantly nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice size. I booked the double bed room. The bathroom was nice with quality bodywash, shampoo, and lotion.

Reliable quality as always. However, this time everything worked for breakfast. So, all in all it was a better experience than my last stay.

Breakfast is lacking, Staff & Facility are great!!
Hotel is tough to get into/out of from the road. Apart from juices not being available & pancake maker being out of service, we have no issues, complaints, or concerns. Rooms are always clean, don’t smell like cigarettes or devil’s lettuce. Halls are well kept & the entry is welcoming & clean. Staff is always very welcoming, helpful & personable. Will return!!!

Great stay!
Front desk personnel were very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was comfortable and clean -- except there were no extra rolls of toilet tissue in the room and no Kleenexes in the box. Otherwise, our stay was great!
