Room was excellent, however hotel clerk checking us in was a zero!! No personality, look like she was doing us a favor!! Need heavy dose of guess service training, or fire her!!!!!!

I loved every detail! Clean, friendly, inviting. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The decor was beautifully done and the breakfast was first class. Located almost at Hillary and Bill Clinton Airport is a big plus!

check in recieved no information from the agent. No wifi, breakfast, elevator location etc. In the am a vagrant arrived and asked me for rides twice. Staff seemed to have no real answers for him.

The walls are so thin you can hear people on their phones in the next room. The AC unit was disfunctional to where it was either too cold or too hot. The places is clean but these 2 items will not have me back there in the future

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean! My room was spotless, and I had the best nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Even the pillows were just right! I had to catch a flight before I could enjoy breakfast, but maybe next time. Will definitely stay here again!

Property is well kept, only thing to comment is: breakfast should start earlier, we had a 7am flight, so we couldn’t take advantage of the nice breakfast

The hotel was nice since it was brand new but it was so loud. The hotel walls and floors are so thin and people are coming and going at all hours of the night and day. We barely slept.
