Hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. Hotel very clean, however we never stayed in a hotel before that did not provide daily housekeeping- making bed, replacing towels, wiping down bathroom. Prior to visit, hotel never provided info on this. We were told there are different levels of service depending on room level. Also, Marriott uses the cheapest tissue and toilet paper! Very disappointed with Marriott!! i thought you were better than this!

Excellent location and lodging
Just across the Ohio River, we were able to walk the nearby pedestrian bridge and enjoy the nice westher. Many food options within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodations were well kept. An excellent value!

Very clean and comfortable. We only had a two nights stay, but the room was accommodating for a much longer stay with a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker even a dishwasher, everything you need for eating in even. Nice little park across the street and good coffee shops and restaurants walking distance.

Awesome place for an extended stay!!
We loved our room!! Everything was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful all around the building. Breakfast was good, but would have been better with biscuits and gravy added to the selection. Pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. Excellent stay!!

尽管我们每天早上都要求打扫，但房间始终无人打扫。我们甚至提前一天退房（不可退款），因为房间根本没人打扫！简直无法接受！！
连厕纸都得自己去要，因为根本没人打扫过我们的房间！
真是太失望了！
过去一年里我多次光顾这家酒店。最近一次入住体验令人失望。虽然客服服务很棒，但我的房间远称不上干净……沙发床底下有东西，地毯看起来也没吸尘。浴室地板需要清扫和拖地。床很不舒服，枕头也很扁。我只在离开时吃了早餐，牛奶虽然没变质也没过期，但味道非常苦。我不得不吐出来，以免之后生病。我不知道自从我上次入住后发生了什么，但我以后不会再来了。真是可惜，因为这家酒店离我家很近。
到达酒店时发现大门紧闭，没有工作人员可以提供帮助。尽管我已经付了钱，但还是不得不另寻住处。
