I m Nayana Bhatt wanted to visit Bhuj with my family so I booked Hotel Kutch Palace for our stay at Bhuj.Hotel is very nice, good location with full amenities. Rooms were good,spacious and comfortable. Washrooms were clean. Staff is very good, polite, disciplined and co operative. Owners are very carrying, loving and friendly. We enjoyed much. We felt as if we were at home. We heartily thanks owners and management of the hotel.

Pathetic Service, Rude Staff behaviour and Unhygienic Rooms.

There were Toilet stains all over the Bathroom. There were stains on Bed and a lot of hair. Had to struggle for 1 Hour just to get a water Bottle and one extra mattress.

Don't fall for Breakfast terms. They will serve you only 1 Parantha at a cost of 200 INR.

My Personal Suggestion: Don't book this Hotel at all. They can ruin your stay.

room and bathroom was good but there were some issues in our stay. 1. very poor breakfast. they just served 2 burnt paranthas

2. ⁠water clogging in one of the bathrooms

3. ⁠no restaurant in the hotel

4. ⁠washroom not very clean

Location - very good services and amenities - very good

food - only one option of bf, since there's is no canteen/pantry with them they should not add food in their scheme.

Property is very good but staff does not have education for hospitality, drinking water was not good otherwise everything is above average all over experince is average

There was no hot water available initially. It required 1 hour to manage them to arrange hot water. There was no toliteries, towel provided. Next day morning breakfast served was literally cold. Tea was terrible. And cost was too high when comapred to service. Extremely required to improve the service.

The room was in a very bad condition. It was smelling very badly even the quilts were too dirty to use. After 10 at night no water was coming in the washroom. There was also some water leakage in the washroom. Will surely prescribe not to stay here. Worst experience.
