总的来说，以这个价格来看，这可能是一家不错的酒店，但我们的住宿体验被源源不断爬出来的蟑螂给毁了。房间里有张大床，但枕头又硬又奇怪。空调老旧且噪音大，但还能用。有淋浴房，但我们在那里住了三晚，一次都没敢用，因为抽风口正上方会成群地爬出蟑螂！有手指那么大的，有中等大小的，还有小的，甚至连小蟑螂仔都有。第二天，它们甚至开始从房间里床底下爬出来，估计是床头后面墙壁有缝隙。但最让我崩溃的是，第二天前台告诉我们，除了已经支付的住宿费，我们还需要支付每晚10林吉特的税费！凭什么？我们都花钱住你们这垃圾酒店了，你们还提什么税费，至少也该把这个费用包含在房价里啊。总之，我不推荐这家酒店，除非你完全不在乎蟑螂，虽然我怀疑山打根还能找到比这好很多的酒店。
简陋的酒店，只适合睡一觉。
枕头太硬了，很难入睡，我只好没用枕头。
我们预订的是四人间，结果却只给了我们三张床。
尽管我们向前台出示了预订信息，他们也拒绝给我们换房间。
不推荐这家酒店。
地理位置绝佳，员工服务也很棒。除此之外就没什么可说的了。卫生间很糟糕，房间里空荡荡的，就只能睡个觉。
Probably one of the better options in Sandakan
For the area of Sandakan that this hotel is in this is a pretty good option if you really have to stay here! I would not recommend the area at all.
The staff here were very attentive and friendly. The room was adequate but the pillows were horrendous! Just lumpy lumps of hard sponge!
The shower and sink use a pump system which was not smooth at all and you either had a ‘power’ shower or a trickle.
The hotel is near the Central Market, Harbour Mall & the promenade plus local shops but don’t get too excited!
