Staff charged my card twice on November 9th and it is December 4th and no one has yet put my money back on my card. Every time you call no one helps and they send you to the manager who apparently never works because it goes straight to voicemail and when you leave a call back message and number no one calls back! Ridiculous! Just give me my money back. Other than that the room was nice and clean!

The room was super small, but very cute! Every space utilized to its fullest. It was very clean. Staff was courteous. The rooftop bar was very nice and the views were phenomenal. I highly recommend!

The property was amazing the only thing that I didn't like was you had no options of parking but valeting unless you parked on the side of the road

To start the hotel is really cute and in a super convenient location. Valet was super nice, easy, and convenient for $30/night.
Initially, I couldn't tell where the check in desk was because it is attached to a bar (there is a small lit up sign hanging to the right of the desk that I noticed later). The man at the front desk was very rude making faces and shaking his head when he walked away from customers (at one point we made eye contact, after he thought no one was looking). He even very loudly made an announcement to his coworker "It's almost 2 and I'm going home. I don't work tonight and I'm going home". Not professional.
The second man running the desk in the evening time was fantastic. Great personality, smiled a lot, seemed he was really present in the moment and not itching to leave.
The rooms are small, no closets or dressers.
I don't recommend staying here if you are not used to city noise. There were foam ear plugs and a sound machine on the night stand. My husband said he counted 8 trains that night..not including emergency vehicles and pedestrian noise. We were up all night after our concert ended at 1130pm.
The decor is cute and the price was right, but we wouldn't stay here again.

The room was extremely hot with no A/C unit to have it adjusted. We did not have a remote for the TV and it would not turn off so we had to physically get behind the tv to unplug it. The room was clean but extremely small. When these issues were brought to staffs attention they said they would get the A/C fixed and bring a remote. Neither one of those things happened. I've never be so disappointed in a hotel like this.

Small, Uncomfortable
The room is uncomfortably small for two people, its absurd, each guest given one pillow and one towel. The bathroom toilet is right next to the guests bed. The AC was lackluster. The elevator was broken, the hotel was out of things like lids for coffee. This hotel has a lot to figure out.

Very nice newly remodeled structure conveniently located in downtown Columbia. The rooms are small but all you need for a good night sleep. The bathroom and shower we're both excellent.

Hi, I would have given a 5 rating but the valet parking needs a lot of work, I missed part of a show because of this issue. Yes, I will probably stay there when I come back to Columbia Sc
