location is convinient for visitors to industrial area. Food is good. Amenities are standard. But stay is made good because of polite staff. Specially receptionist Savita does an excellent job.

due to automatic cancellation of rooms
we were kicked out of rooms at last moment. because i booked 5 rooms at 0 payment and it was cancelled at last moment.

Hotel need to organize more here. High power cuts and air conditioner switching continously and not switching on immediately after power on.

Very poor management. Did not receive the room which was promised. Told me the hotel is full and by mistake took my booking. No intent of giving refund when asked. Worst experience.

Breakfast was excellent. Amenities was also good. And their services was super fast. Need to provide disposable slippers.

The lights on the floor were off, all the corridors were lynnernith, keys to my room 308 were not working, but the staff was courteous, food for the dinner was fantastic, but the breakfast was disappointing. Also charged me for ice bucket, so strange for the grade of the hotel. But can't get better option in the vicinity.

The hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained rooms. The hotel staff is polite, friendly and cooperative the on-site restaurant shahi swad is serving quality food. Overall the hotel was good but there was no electric kettle in the room and the amenities provided were also good but i did not get as much as i paid for in few points. I got everything on the 1st day but on the second day i did not get the amenities that should be provided daily and the room was also not properly cleaned.
