床非常舒服，房间也很宽敞。正如其他人提到的，卫生方面可以做得更好。作为一家新酒店，有些东西已经开始损坏了，地板上还有脏兮兮的行李箱滚轮印记。酒店班车服务非常赞，去水明漾村的路上很有趣。前台服务很棒，是巴厘岛人一贯的热情欢迎。酒店就在我们预订的SPA附近。总的来说，这是一次不错的住宿体验，但考虑到同等价位有相似或更好的选择，我可能不会再选择这家酒店了。

最值得夸赞的一点（也是我来长评的原因）：
❗️不需要特意带转换插头！！！虽然是我第一次来巴厘岛，不知道别的酒店是不是也有类似哈，不过不用转换插头真的太方便了🥹🥹🥹🥹
卫生条件： 高于80%villa，朋友之前住的villa反应每天伴着壁虎的叫声睡觉，房间每天都有小动物陪伴。在Voco房间里我没有遇到过虫子。
服务：前台工作人员很热情！我们一共入住6晚7天，在第一天的时候热情的给我介绍当地的餐厅，游玩，还帮我打车！有一说一！要不是因为他们帮我打车，我都不会知道blue bird的taxi！价格便宜，车很干净！！！
餐厅🍴： 我们的房间是有包含早餐buffet的，第一天去餐厅，（也许是manager）小姐姐就来找我说，因为我知道我们会住很多天，所以为我们准备一些special order，怕我们吃腻菜单的早饭！太贴心了🥰。前面几天是点餐形式，后面几天是点餐+自取！作为早餐来讲做的已经还不错啦！如果打电话点早餐！一定一定要！让跟你沟通流利听的清并且理解的了英文的人接电话！我早上想要点汤面结果给了我炒面啊哈哈哈…..不过值得吐槽的一小小点是，印尼的牛奶真的好像水，没什么牛奶味！
保安大哥： 保安大哥给我们满满的安全感，我们第一天去了发现没有红绿灯人麻了，幸亏有保安大哥帮我们拦住人，送我们过马路（因为我们超级爱去马路对面的马杀鸡，我心中的bali No.1）每天都很有耐心！
总之！非常满意！！同等价格的酒店相比，已经做的很不错了！以后还会选Voco！

很棒的新酒店；位置很好，离机场和其他巴厘岛区域都比较近。员工的服务态度非常好。
前台服务非常棒。我们当天早些时候从另一家酒店退房，然后把行李寄存在这里，原本打算先出去逛逛，也没指望能提前入住。但出乎意料的是，我们外出期间，工作人员竟然好心地帮我们把行李送到了房间。非常感谢前台提供的周到服务！他们还有WhatsApp，沟通起来非常方便，回复也很及时。
房间本身离大堂有点远，但它很新、很宽敞，设计也很漂亮。我们很喜欢那个浴缸——绝对物超所值。附近还有一家便利店，步行范围内也有很多餐馆，一切都很方便省心。
总的来说，这是一次非常愉快的住宿体验。我丈夫身体不适，我请求延迟退房，工作人员很体贴地给了我们一些缓冲时间，让他能多休息一会儿。真心感谢他们的理解和热情款待。
