My sis- in-law & I came to town for a Concert at “The Signal. Concert Hall” on Choo Choo Ave. We were thinking we wouldn’t feel safe enough to walk there & back at dark but the streets were lit & an easy walk! Breakfast was FREE. Check out at 11am was great! I would stay here again & again! 10 stars.

There were no shops. Limited expensive parking and in a depressed area. It felt unsafe to walk or go out after dark. My bare feet were dirty walking from the bath to the bed.

For those looking to explore more lively or retail-rich areas, downtown’s shopping, dining, and entertainment options are just a short drive or shuttle ride away. There's also a larger mall about 20–25 minutes from the hotel.Regarding parking, we know it can be frustrating when it feels limited or expensive. Unfortunately, space is at a premium in downtown zones, but we’re always happy to help guests find the best available options during their stay.We’re also disappointed to hear about the condition of your floors and apologize sincerely. Hotel was clean, lots of dining options within walking distance. Breakfast had some Gluten free options and staff are friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff were wonderful! Brought extra towels when needed and always kept the room clean and tidy. Front staff were friendly and not too pushy, which I like.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Excellent location. Plenty of things to do and good places to eat nearby. Safe and quiet. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the shower control was behind a fixed shower door panel, so you had to step in the shower, getting wet, to turn it on. But the water pressure and quick hot were great.

Great weekend in Chattanooga
We were in town for the IBMA festival. The location of this hotel was perfect!!!! We parked our car when we arrived and did not drive again until we left town several days later.
Our room was comfortable and clean. The 'closet space' was adequate for our purposes, but I can imagine someone traveling for business, or in town for a formal occasion, might have a problem.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They remembered us each time we came and went and were ready with recommendations when we asked.
Our whole weekend in Chattanooga was great! We would definitely stay here again!
