Very nice place love that they had a full size refrigerator and freezer, the beds were fantastic and the people running the place were really really helpful loves staying there and we stayed there for 6 days

Volume button on TV remote not working, no hand towels for face wash clothes, no soap in dispenser by sink, small pool towels in bathroom. And no pool towels by pool at all, hot tub whirlpool not working!!

Dirty and bad crowd, front staff was rude and lazy. Internet never worked, police called in parking lot for disturbance daily, bad guest crowd with banging doors and screaming, paid for kitchenette but provided no utensils, we assume due to theft but wanted to charge more than room cost to rent!! I will NEVER stay here again!

Slow check-in, not really the fault of the staff. The room wasn't the cleanest, especially the bathtub and towels. The light switch in the bathroom was broken so it stayed on all night along with the loud fan.
Luckily the bed was clean enough to grab a few hours sleep, and get out of there. Which was difficult with the noise. I would not recommend unless you are low on funds.

Never stay here.
Our stay was not the greatest. We got there and I informed the lady at the front desk that our TV did not work, which was very difficult with a toddler. She told me the maintenance guy would be up shortly hours later I called. She said she was sent him straight upstairs an hour later she let me know that he had gone home for the day finally at 9:30 at night, he knocked on the door absolutely uncalled for ridiculous.

Property was poorly maintained. Hallways were never cleaned for the duration of our stay. Trash cart next to elevator overflowing. Strong odor of cigarettes and ****.

My stay was ok, came to Flint MI for a family funeral. The room smelled musty plus only two towels for two people, not accommodating for early morning getting ready. Charged 100.00 deposit for possible usage of telephone or ??? I did receive my deposit back.

Gets the job done but management needs to better care for property. Renovations half done, a lot of faults like questionable door security or dripping faucet, my room stopped being serviced for short term stays because of multiple stays & front desk wasn’t much help.

Horrible. Never cleaned the rooms. Had to ask for everything several times. Stole my personal belonging
