I recently stayed at Hotel GRT Grand Vijayawada and I am happy to report a flawless experience. Unlike my last visit, I faced absolutely no issues this time—it was smooth sailing from start to finish. The highlight of the stay was the special gesture the team made for my wife's birthday. Thank you for going the extra mile to make her celebration so memorable; it truly meant a lot to us. A huge shout-out to the individuals who made this stay special: Jasmine at the reception ensured a warm welcome and a seamless check-in process. Naveen deserves special praise for being incredibly proactive and attending to my needs before I even had to ask. Santosh provided excellent service during dinner, making the evening very pleasant. The food was outstanding. Chef Prasenjit (Sous Chef) gave fantastic recommendations and curated a great breakfast experience. I also have to mention the Pizza Chef (sorry I missed your name!)—the pizza was magnificent and absolutely delicious. It is a MUST-HAVE if you stay here! To top it all off, Me and My wife both enjoyed a 15-minute foot massage by Kim. It was amazing and the perfect way to relax. Thank you to the entire team for turning things around and for the wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back!

GRT Vijayawada is a place where tradition meets luxury seamlessly. Hotel is centrally located, just off MG Road and at less than 5 kms from Railway Station Rooms are spacious and have all amenities Front office is responsive Room service and Housekeeping staff are warm and offer prompt service Bazaar Restaurant offers awesome food with great variety. The chefs and service staff deserve all appreciation for their warm and courteous service On the downside, lifts are slow and so wait time is unusually long We had sought single family bed, got twin beds instead All in all, a very pleasant and memorable stay

My review is based on 1 night stay. I stayed in the Kakinada grand immediately before this Vijayawada Grand booking. The staff member gave a complementary breakfast on our booking when requested. Check your toilet roll and make sure it's clean, even the roll from the red sachet. Hygiene is excellent otherwise. Kakinada Grand is an industry standard and the Vijayawada Grand is close to 9/10. I have also stayed in DV Manor and Keys Lite by Lemontree. The only place l would recommend in Vijayawada is GRT Grand. Avoid Lemontree next to Trendset mall by all cost. DV Manor front desk staff is highly defensive and least carrying.

The stay was wonderful. The staff made our experience even more memorable with their excellent service and support. A special thanks to Mr. Naveen and the security staff, Mr. Thilak, for their timely help whenever we needed assistance. The food was awesome, and we truly enjoyed every meal. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to visiting again.
