I was greeted with great customer service by the staff. I loved how clean everything was. Definitely will be staying here again when I come to Thibodaux. I don’t want to stay anywhere else.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel: the staff, service, and overall comfort were excellent. However, one major drawback was the constant noise from the HVAC fan. Even when I turned the thermostat off, the fan continued running, making the first night quite unpleasant.
I would strongly encourage management to look into this issue, as fixing it would significantly improve the guest experience.

Stay was good. Very clean hotel. We booked a king suite. Description said bedroom was separate with a sofa bed. That was bot the case. The room is all one room. Would have been cheaper to just have a 2 queen bed room. Its all the same. Save a few dollars and just get a regular room. These are not suites.

The breakfast was awesome! Very clean, comfortable but we had no hot water. We called and they said they were fixing it but we never got a hot shower during our stay.
