This property was advertised as recently refurbished and under new management. Disappointed and disgusted; we arrived and immediately checked the mattresses. As one can see in the photos, these mattresses were ancient and had not been cleaned anywhere near recently. They showed signs of bed-bugs. I asked for another room and the desk agent insisted the mattresses were new and that they clean them monthly. He may have been told that, but obviously this cannot be the truth. He also said they had no other rooms and that I would need to request a refund and that he was not able since I had made the reservation on the Motel 6 app. He also refused to get me the customer service phone number. He was very adversarial from the moment I walked up to the desk.

The room we were given had a light fixture dangling from the ceiling above the bathtub. There were dead crickets all over. Shoe prints all over the bathroom floor. The door to the room had daylight showing through where it appears it had been kicked/forced open.

As you first pull up the motel looks abandoned as the grass is over grown and there was no vehicles there. We go to ate room it smelled horrible!! There were dirty washcloths left in our shower.

The rooms was nice they dont really take care of the outside the grass was very high his could be a super nice place to stay the staff was very good i did like the pets stay for free

The first room they put me in smelled of heavy smoke and perfume and was around the back. Went to front desk got another room, around back again and it had a puddle of water in the bathroom. I had seen enough, went to front to request refund and said he could'nt do it. I left, I was not going to stay there, who knows what goes on after dark.

Run while you can.

Run!!!! Awful room. Everything falling apart. Cigarette burns in the bedding. I stay in many hotels and the was by far the worst ever!!!!
