We were here for roughly 8 weeks while my husband worked. I don’t usually review the hotels where we stay for work, but this experience was so good, I felt compelled to share our thoughts. We’ve been staying with this chain of hotels for over a year and have had no complaints. The difference here is the staff. Every single person makes a genuine effort to be welcoming. When you spend 95% of your time staying in hotels, that’s smiling face makes all the difference. Come, check in as guests and leave as friends.

We stayed 2 days. Front desk, "had a glitch". We couldn't sign into wyfy. Front desk eventually provided a code that worked, and confided, yah it hasnt worked for others as well. Later that afternoon, a Latina lady barged into our room, no knock nothing. She retreated. Shocked I ran out to the hall to detefmine if she was an employee. She had no logos or name tag, She said she was an employee and " apologized." (There was a c!eaning cart down the hall) All night and day, the HVAC unit Noisily blew out Cold air for an hour then hot air. Adjusting the thermostat made no difference. My spouse went to the front desk and asked for a repair. But he received excuses about how "we had issues during our stay." She said they've only been open a week blah blah blah She refused to repair our hvac. We passed the housekeeper. She apologized again. I asked her and motioned have they told you to knock and say "housekeeping?". Deer in the headlights and further excuses about how our room, "was just empty. ". My sheets also had a dark black cigarette looking stain. The room was a nice efficiency apartment set up. It was really more than we needed or wanted and when the lady brought a pass word up for wyfy, I asked her if they had smaller rooms $200.00 because we were thinking of adding 3 nights. They never got back to me. So we went down the street and got a $200.00 room for the remainder of our stay. My Only regret is, I hadn't just stepped out of the shower naked so when the housekeeper barged in she could really have the shock of " MY ISSUES" .

Everything was perfect. Quiet (away from the main road), brand new, huge room, dishwasher, full kitchen with utensils. The staff were really helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. All areas were clean and excellently designed.

I'm a local here but wanted to experience a beautiful new hotel. Because they are pet friendly I brought my little Sheltie Dahlia with me. We had a beautiful king size room with a kitchen. We had a wonderful west view so we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Brennan at the front desk and Lori the housekeeper. I felt right at home I met a lot of people from all over the country that were very nice and some with their fur babies. I hope to be back again.

Great new hotel with the best staff. A big “shoutout” to Zekije at the front desk who was so helpful in guiding us to use the hotel computer to get a ticket to Glacier National Park’s “Going to the Sun Road corridor” the night before we needed to get in. Zekije always served with a smile and replied“my pleasure” when my husband and I thanked her. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, the breakfast was lacking. Only one was available, and that was Cocoa puffs. The Cheerio container was empty. The next day instead of eating at the hotel, we ate at a restaurant because we had a flight home and wanted a more substantial breakfast than what Homes2Suites offered.

Cleanliness of rooms is terrible. When asked for extra cleaning services the staff told our children they were too young to be in the room themselves and “kicked” them out. (Note they are 13 and 10 with phone access and my husband and I were out side on the patio.) Staff not too kindly informed us that kids must be with you at all times unless 18.

Brand new Home2Suites, and this one is particularly good. Rooms were 'standard' Home2Suites, which means spacious, comfortable and well equipped, but this one was also very quiet/ peaceful (both the a/c, and from any outdoor or road noise) and spotless. The fitness area is *huge* with great big windows and modern equipment...for once, not just an afterthought! Pleasant front desk welcome, and responsive to requests. The water tap - including sparkling water!! - in the lobby is a nice touch. Someone has also put some thought and effort into the property landscaping and gardening, it's quite attractive. Breakfast options, at least if you're looking for something healthy or fresh, could be improved. But other than that, only good things to say about this hotel, and I'd definitely return.
