Picasso bloodstain comforter: mouse
My comforter had blood stain on it, so I stripped the bed and found that there were loose hairs and multiple blood stains. Then the morning of check out there was a mouse on my desk. I would like a full refund

Bugs and poor check-in
Bugs and poor check-in. The guy at the front desk had a lot of trouble finding the reservation I made. Took a good 15 minutes of waiting in silence while we just wanted to check in and fall asleep. The bathroom floor was covered in dead bugs. The very large spider guilty of this massacre made his appearance too. Also, the tip of the bathroom door got stuck, so I had to use all my force to pop it back open. The thought of being stuck in bug graveyard with that spider still haunts me.

酒店回复: Sorry for to see that's ants in washroom floor, but due to we have so many king size rooms and its not rent that frequent and its a summer time. and we regularly spay ant killer and forgot to follow up: that is why all ant are dead. But thanks to you for to make us attention. In future we will take care of it. Doors magnetic ***** king its easy to open but need little shake and Thanks again and staying in our motel.

Not for me
Booked a double bed and on arrival was told they only had a king. Then when we got to the riom it smelled like stale cigarettes and there was no heat. After driving over 4 hours to get there it was too late to find another place to stay. Slept with my clothes on and wound up getting a fever

Not Great--But Not Terrible
The room had three queen beds, which was just what we wanted. There was a lack of updating and maintenance and it was mostly clean and the heat worked great. There was little lighting, no amenities like shampoo or lotion, no daily cleaning, sheets the wrong size for some of the beds. It served our purposes and it was not terrible.

酒店回复: Sorry for the inconvenient, we have recently a week ago change twin size bed to queen size probably the janitorial by-mistakenly used the same bed sheets instead queen size and I have purchase new led tube bulb but the short of time and unexpected crowd due to ground Hog day and we are fresh new owner. Sorry again next time you will find better service. Thanks for staying in our motel.
