The property was sub-standard, and worse…my reservation showed cancelled upon arrival and had to pay again for a room. ******* should re-evaluate this property and not classify it as “very good”.

How do I get a refund for the room charge made to *******. BTW…in the future I will re-evaluate if I want to use ******* again due to this experience.

Mop the floors so people’s feet don’t turn black from all the dirt on the floors and please don’t come knocking on the door at 11:07am like the police when there’s a 12 o’clock checkout.

We travel alot for work so a place that the beds are comfy the AC works and so does the hot water and fridge is a great start add a super group of staff and affordable prices. Cons it is a bit older but they have done massive work to improve and no elevator so keep that in mind if you dont do steps. Be sure to say if you have pets there are 2 different room categories for that.
