The staff was wonderful.
We made our reservation in person at the location. The staff person helped us find the all the discounts we could use for the booking. Check in was smooth and the rooms are gorgeous and spacious.

Amazing place but it would be nice to have a curtain for the shower or hotter water option as it gets a little cold when the heat doesnt get trapped in

We stayed 2x in a month’s time. First floor room near lobby was very loud. Second floor room had less ambient noise, Broken toilet in a brand new hotel. This is a clean property near great attractions, Pricey for value of the rooms themselves.

Everything was great except the shower head needs to point down more, The pipe is too long and causes the shower head to spray outside of the shower onto the floor.

The property is brand new, only open one year. Rooms were extremely large, vinyl flooring throughout and bathroom was all beautiful tile. We had our own, nice private balcony and location was within walking distance to everything downtown Didn’t need to ise the car. They have underground parking garage so no need to try and find downtown parking. There are fantastic cafes for breakfast around the block, so hotel breakfast was continental. I would highly recommend this property. The hotel is immaculate.
