As such, a certain level of ambient noise from the surrounding area is unfortunately unavoidable.The earplugs placed in the guestroom are provided proactively for guests who may wish to use them for added comfort, and this should not be interpreted as an acknowledgment that external noise is within the hotel’s control or responsibility.2. Regarding the housekeeping-related incidentWe would like to clarify the situation in detail to avoid any misunderstanding:At 12:30 PM on December 30, 2025, a male housekeeping supervisor attended your room to conduct a routine post-cleaning quality check, which is a standard procedure included in our daily operational checklist. Upon arrival, the staff member knocked on the door and rang the doorbell in accordance with hotel protocol, with a 10-second interval between the two actions.As there was no response from inside the room, the supervisor used his key card to open the door slightly and verbally announced his presence. At that point, communication occurred near the doorway only; you and our staff member did not have visual contact, and the entire interaction, from the door opening to the staff member leaving the room, lasted approximately 45 seconds.We would like to firmly confirm that this room check was conducted strictly in accordance with hotel procedures, and at no point did the staff member engage in any behavior that compromised guest’s privacy or safety.Immediately following the incident, we sincerely apologized for any unintended disturbance to your experience and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a complimentary spa voucher as well as food and beverage discounts. After receiving these offers, we did not receive any further concerns or requests from your side during the stay.We genuinely regret that additional concerns were raised only after departure. 酒店位置很好，隔马路就是美溪沙滩，周边餐饮超市多，早餐丰富，下午茶也不错。
房间的现代化设计我很喜欢，光影、绿植和镜头美学，酒店过个马路就是美溪海滩，适合假期放空。街角的一家果汁很好喝，牛油果汁和番石榴汁都只卖40k。
服务特别好，店员都很友善。早餐丰富，牛肉河粉特别好吃！水果种类繁多，还有去核的菠萝蜜。
酒店很好，也是通过携程评论多翻比较选定这个酒店，没让我失望。顶楼无边泳池，街对面沙滩都非常方便，酒店有一位中文服务员，早餐也还不错，下午茶就一般般了，不过既然免费也不可能有太高要求。打车到机场到市内都十来分钟，喊grab非常方便，这一点給岘港点个赞👍

1.入住后看到床头放着的耳塞，就觉得大事不妙，果然周围几个建筑工地，每天早上七点左右开始动工，装修噪音和工地噪音，睡不了安稳觉。
2.入住第二天早上，在两名女性保洁打扫完房间后约一个半小时，一名男性服务员敲门后立即刷卡进门，当时我正在房间换衣服，根本来不及反应。反应过来后裹上浴巾，用英语问他来做什么的，他假装听不懂，并用越南语跟我沟通。
于是马上打电话给前台，让他们查监控，调查清楚这个男员工进我房间做什么。十五分钟后，楼层服务员拿了个水果盘过来，用英文跟我说他可能是来打扰卫生的。我说1.他没带任何清洁工具。2.我的房间一个多小时前刚打扫完。然后服务员说:他可能是来换东西的。我让楼层服务员把水果盘拿回去，并告知她我需要一个正式的答复。用英文问她，酒店的男员工，是否可以单独进入客房，她说no
后续酒店表示已给该名男员工警告。
担心遭到报复，我又与酒店进行两次沟通，问酒店有没有相应调整，确保入住期间安全，无果。酒店仅表示，送30分钟足疗体验券，延迟一小时退房。spa券和酒店道歉信一并带回来了，在离开酒店第一时间和携程投诉了这家酒店。整个过程都有录音记录

挺推荐这家酒店，环境不错位置就过马路就是海边，早餐品种多样，入住期间还有下午茶可以吃，设计感很好还有浴缸，有机会去岘港玩的话要去这家体验一下～楼下就是超市纪念品店，距离机场也很方便，入住了三天，不错～
通过携程订的岘港的这家酒店超出我的预期，酒店位于美溪海边，过马路就到海边，在海边有很多老外玩冲浪，还有很多人在日光浴；客人中老外居多，韩国人也不少，酒店后面有各种美食及按摩店，非常便利；酒店整洁时尚，房间现代简约，楼顶的无边泳池更会让你感受到放松舒适的度假生活，酒店早餐食品丰富，美味，前台服务人员也很热情周到，每天下午提供免费的下午茶，还有免费的迷你吧，非常喜欢，唯一遗憾就是我订的城景房给的是最边上的一间，房间空气有潮湿的气味，订房浏览时就看到有朋友说对中国游客安排的房间都不太好，希望平台能重视

泳池很棒也很宽敞！
首先，早餐真的非常美味！房间也很干净，视野开阔，让人感觉很棒。泳池也很好！酒店就在美溪海滩前面，真心强烈推荐~~ 只是洗手间稍微有点不方便。不过，我大概还是会再来的。服务也很满意。
酒店位置不错，出门美溪海滩。酒店背后街道很多可以逛的。值得推荐。
