连续两年去东京旅游,都选择了这家酒店,整体体验依旧很满意,从便利度、舒适度到服务细节都很暖心,分享几点真实感受:
酒店位置真的没得挑,就在银座商圈,逛街购物超级方便,步行就能到地铁站,出行去哪都很便利,交通这块完全省心。
配套设施很完善,有健身房、休息区,B1还有泡汤,我几乎每晚都会去泡一泡,人很少、基本像包场一样,泡完整个人特别解乏放松。细节也很用心,吹风机是ReFa的,有头皮模式和发丝模式,使用感很好。整体设施很适合亲子出游,大人小孩都能找到舒服的状态。
餐饮方面,凭早餐券可以选一道菜单上的美食,其余自助菜品也很丰富,口味适配各国游客。如果不想吃早餐,也可以提前和前台沟通,换成午餐并帮忙预约位置(这里温馨提醒:券只能二选一,早餐或午餐,我最后几天闹过小乌龙,大家留意一下就好)。
服务真的很加分,全员态度友好、全程微笑,还有中文工作人员,沟通完全无障碍。离店时工作人员还主动帮忙称行李,贴心告知最快去机场的路线,到羽田T3差不多半小时就到,非常方便。
卫生方面,连住是隔天打扫,需要更换毛巾、补充饮用水,直接致电前台就能及时处理,干净又省心。
整体是一家交通、设施、服务都很在线的酒店,性价比和体验感都很棒,下次来东京还会优先选择这里。
从进酒店 工作人员就是笑脸相迎 态度非常👌。有中国话的人员沟通。我们因为两间房需要照顾孩子。她们协调了帮忙调整房间。连在一起 再有就是安静。比三井神宫外苑安静太多了。绝对值得下次再住。H线东银座6号口出来。我从新宿回酒店体验了一下地铁还是方便的。在ginza换一下就可以了
设施:很齐全,定的高级双床间面积挺大的,两个人住不觉得拥挤。酒店免费提供一次性的牙刷,还提供洗面奶卸妆水乳液等等,很贴心。房间里还有洗衣机
卫生:很干净,不过酒店是隔天打扫一次的,没有每天打扫的服务
环境:离银座地铁站步行七八分钟,周围有罗森,挺方便的,在繁华的银座闹中取静
服务:超赞的日式服务,每天出门进酒店门都有服务生打招呼
房间卫生干净,服务好,早餐比较丰盛,交通位置便利,距离地铁日比谷线,银座线非常近,距离银座步行十分钟,性价比还可以,推荐入住

第二次入住了,地理位置好,房间里的洗衣机、微波炉、冰箱都很好用,干净。洗衣机的声音也不是非常大,晚上会有点影响入睡。
因为离筑地市场近,方圆1公里有很多餐馆,做寿司和寿喜锅都非常好。
早餐有点一般,但是挺方便,不用去外面找吃的。

酒店很新,设施智能化做的很好,房间大小在日本就算还可以了,微波炉洗衣机都有。地理位置离银座主要商圈和筑地海鲜市场都很近,非常方便。
位置真的太棒了!离筑地市场特别近,周围还有很多美味的炸猪排店、拉面店、咖啡馆和章鱼小丸子店。而且步行就能到银座主要的购物区。不过,如果带着小朋友的话,距离可能就没那么近了。酒店内部设施也很整洁,服务一流。这真是一家无可挑剔的酒店。
2025年的第二次入住了,真的是很好很好的一个酒店。这次尝试了早餐~点单的味道很不错。工作人员的态度非常好。
