My girlfriend and I arrived in early February after driving roughly two hours from The Las Americas airport in Santo Domingo. Right away I was able to appreciate the quality of the hotel grounds, from the beautifully lit modern lodgings to the curated vegetation sprinkled amidst the several spacious (and empty - a plus) pool sites. The staff was as attentive and friendly as you’d come to expect from Dominican hospitality, and our room was spacious, beautifully maintained and very clean. Jenniffer, our Pilates/meditation instructor, was classically trained, bilingual and friendly - we highly recommend taking her classes. We were told the hotel had opened only two months ago, which might have contributed to the feeling that we were one of very few guests at the site - which for me was a plus - a noise free peaceful experience was easy to find. The dinner menu at the on-site restaurant was a bit pricey, but this was offset by the excellent value provided by the continental breakfast menu (largely free, with several low priced additions/alternatives.) The nearest beach is right across the street from the restaurant, and the hotel sea side service for any orders from the bar/grill (that said, it’s dog friendly - a bit too dog friendly for my personal taste, so take that as you will. It didn’t detract from my nap in the shade, which, like my entire Donoma experience, I thoroughly enjoyed.)

On the quieter end of Las Terrenas. This beautifully landscaped chic hotel offers a real chance to unwind. Delicious food (especially the mango gazpacho, wood oven pizzas, churrasco, pumpkin puree, croquettes), and cocktails (red sangria). Staff could not be nicer or more eager to accommodate guests. Rooms are large and comfortable.

We had a wonderful dining experience thanks to an exceptional waiter Ariel at the Donoma Restaurant at the Autograph Marriott Hotel in Las Terrenas. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. His food recommendations were absolutely spot-on—each dish he suggested was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. He took the time to understand our preferences and guided us toward choices we might not have tried otherwise, which truly elevated our meal. Service like this makes a lasting impression and turns a great restaurant into an unforgettable experience. A true professional and a credit to the hotel.

The hotel and spa are stunning. My wife and I had excellent massages and used the spa facilities that included a great steam room, sauna and cold plunge. And many areas to chill and relax. Staff and attention were amazing. We will definitely be back. This is the premier hotel in Las Terrenas. Amazing location and clear reason why it’s part of the Marriott Autograph Collection.

We had a wonderful spa experience at the beautiful, brand new Donoma. The Wellness Manager, Freddie, and his staff of hosts and therapists went out of their way to ensure a luxury experience. I highly recommend!!

我预订的是“天堂假期”升级套餐，本应享受餐厅账单15%的折扣，但即便如此，员工仍然没有尽到应有的职责。
这家酒店显然缺乏专业精神和对客人的关怀。
场地很漂亮，活动所需的设施和基础设施也一流。但最棒的是工作人员的周到服务，尤其是吉亚尼尼女士。她乐于助人、勤奋敬业、和蔼可亲、魅力十足，而且非常专业。像她这样的人真是难得一见。
