We stayed at the Best Western SureStay in Corydon, Indiana, from October 2–5, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The room (135) was absolutely disgusting. The floors were badly stained, the paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, and the trim was rotting away. The entire room smelled strongly of mildew, and one day the water was even turned off without any notice. There were very few guests at the hotel during our stay — I would estimate fewer than five rooms were occupied — so it’s frustrating that we were placed in such a dirty, poorly maintained room. I initially assumed all the rooms were in similar condition, but after meeting with family staying in other rooms, I realized theirs were much cleaner and better maintained. That made it even more disappointing to know that better rooms were available but not offered to us. Room 135 was not acceptable by any standards. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel, especially when management chooses to place guests in rooms that are clearly unfit for use while cleaner options sit empty.

Easy access from the Highway. The Hotel is being remodeled currently and the rooms were in good shape. The beds were comfortable and firm.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m not asking for a lot when I stay somewhere. Clean towels & clean sheets is really all I need. This place had neither. We went to our room after checking in to find dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, dirty wash rags sitting in the bathtub, and bed sheets that had visible stains on them. Not to mention the mattress itself is absolutely disgusting. The staff were not friendly and not helpful. I would recommend sleeping in your car before staying here.

Shady! Photos are 30 years old. Building is ran down, curtains dangling and No lights on in lobby. Appears to be closed. If this is their first impression, how are the bed & pillows?! Couldn’t cancel res @ this point-app wouldn’t allow us to. Literally drove to another hotel. Amenities listed like they are a long term stay.

Friday afternoon check in... We did not have reservation but the young lady told us we could check in earlier if we signed up for rewards card, so we did . She was nice but not very personable. Our room was very clean, did not smell but definitely out of date. The sheers were ripped and the plastic cover on heater was broke. Bed was very firm but I like it that way. The second knight however the base to my bed was noisey when I moved. We had to unplug the refrigerator because it had a very loud ticking noise. Saturday... continental breakfast was included . I went to dining area about 8am for coffee . 1st pot was colored water, not exaggerating lighter than tea, the second pot was ok. I realized there was no creamer ( except powder , yuck ) there was also no milk. I asked but was told they were out and owner was bringing. The juice was watered down as well. My mom came in for food and there was only 1 biscuit for the pot of sausage gravy. Other table told her eggs were tough not to bother. There was a waffle maker , only a couple pieces of bread for toast and a couple bagles. Another family came in with children that wanted cereal but again no milk so they settled for instant oatmeal. The dad took it apon himself to go grab the bread package from kitchen for the 3 pieces to toast . At this point almost everything was gone . Not sure about waffle mix as I don't eat those. No muffins, yogurt or fruit choices ( just a couple apples) . We went back to room for about 1 and 1/2 hours went back down for coffee but owner still had not arrived with milk or cream. Talked to girl at desk , she apologized and told me there was no excuse for it. In the afternoon when we returned I asked the new worker if they would have milk and she said yes . Sunday... They had milk but no liquid creamer and coffee was better. Added a few apples, bananas, mini blueberry muffins and small yogurts. There were eggs and sausage, bread, bagels and waffles. No biscuit or gravy.

第一次在房间里发现鼻涕虫/蜗牛，不过它挺可爱的，我们把它放生到外面去了。
还得自己买了捕蚁器……
早餐九点就结束了。对来度假的人来说很不方便，我们住了三天，一次早餐都没赶上。
就这条件，价格也太贵了……
但是，酒店地理位置不错，除了上面那些问题，房间本身还是挺好的。
尽管如此，我下次还是会选择住在这里。
房间的门卡一直没法用，每次都得让工作人员来开门。工作人员告诉我他们太忙了，没办法发新卡。结果第二批门卡还是坏的。然后，就在走廊对面，发生了一场家庭纠纷，持续了相当长一段时间，直到警察来才平息。早餐选择非常有限，而且好时（Hostess）牌的丹麦酥和松饼都过期了。以后不会再来了。
