Locked out
I was locked out of my room for the last night due to a bad lock. Had to spend the night in an adjacent room without my clothes and belongings

The room was recently remodeled and very clean. Two minor issues in the room and front desk staff were very quick to solve the problems (even offering to give us a different room which was not needed). Night time staff was very empathetic when we had to check out in the middle of the night due to a family emergency that we needed to get home for (seemed genuinely concerned for us and our safety driving home). Would recommend a stay here if you're looking for cheap price and no extras like restaurant, continental breakfast, etc.

Issue with Power
the room was clean, but the lighting wasn’t working all the time and the room had power surges so tv would go in an out.

It was good, clean fresh smelling, too... bath tub faucet leaked, water in tub was scalding hot. No light bulbs in the wall sconces, limiting use of turning the lights on to just the over head light, which was too bright. ALSO the key card expired requiring i go to the desk to get it reset. The building is next to a busy freeway, was quite loud. But in inside the room wa quiet like church. I would stay there again, staff was very helpful. Thank you.

Bed was clean bathroom was alright not the best not the worst staff at check in needs work owner I’m assuming was on his phone didn’t even make an attempt to get off his chair instead called a different employee who was a not friendly what so ever card wasn’t working due to their machine was forced to pay cash not a big deal but her attitude needed to change had a friend book a stay as well his room rank of **** definitely wouldn’t recommend.

这家酒店虽然有点旧,但房间都重新装修过了。我们的房间大部分都很干净,只有一些角落打扫得不太彻底。装修比较基础,但看着还不错。我们很喜欢房间里铺的是硬地板,而不是地毯。床非常舒服。我们特别满意房间里有书桌、微波炉和冰箱,而且插座也很多。不过有个奇怪的地方,除非把顶灯打开,否则书桌旁的插座都不能用。我丈夫在我起床前习惯在书桌旁工作,这给他带来了不少麻烦。
工作人员非常友好。我们时间比较充裕,所以提前去问了问是否能提前入住,但他们很抱歉地说房间还没准备好,所以没法安排。我宁愿多等一会儿,也不想住到一间匆忙打扫出来的房间。
这家酒店执行安静时间规定,这对我们来说太棒了。我们以音乐为生,所以非常喜欢这种价格优惠又安静的住宿环境。
第一次开车来酒店有点难找路,因为入口在后面。感觉有点偏僻,但我们完全没有遇到任何问题。我们还会再来的。
他们让人们住在那里,房间也卖光了,然后又有额外的人来住在房间里
我没有使用过游泳池,周围环境很干净。
