酒店很新，硬件处于较佳状态。
工作人员都非常热情与主动，入住登记时送的茶喝起来非常清爽！（好想再多喝几次）
早餐提供多种套餐选择，in-room service 的菜单各时段提供不同的品类，且在连接酒店wifi的情况下可以扫码点餐。
遗憾的是：浴缸不够大，且入住时漏给了一张早餐券。

卫生：还可以 没有发现不适的地方 很好的一点是房间地毯部分很少 感觉很舒服
环境：装修比较年轻化 且有一定品质
服务：挺好的 特别是一楼帮忙叫车的服务人员 特别热情
酒店位置在bts E5和E4线中间 斜对面就是新商场emsphere 吃住行都非常方便 个人很喜欢

一楼前台的戴眼镜的小哥哥点赞👍，有一种宾至如归的亲切感，行李寄存到了晚上才来取，依然很热心帮忙搬运我那超大行李箱，还被汽车后备箱盖撞头了😂，大堂前台也很热情，物美价廉！物超所值！忘了问睡袍能不能卖，挺好看的
元旦临时决定去，定了这家新酒店试试，说实话三千多一晚真的有点性价比低，平日1000左右还算行
服务：前台服务人员，尤其是女性员工，明显感觉对白人的态度更友善
设施：还算不错，有白莲花度假村的感觉
在ternminl21和EMSPHERE两大商圈之间，地理位置无可挑剔。酒店泳池景观无敌。特别加分的是早餐供应，brunch 点餐制，供应时间为早上6点到下午3点，非常适合城市度假的人。唯一美中不足的是房间比较紧凑，毕竟是寸土寸金性价比也还不错的酒店。
房间干净，精致，性价比不错，早餐简单，位置好，到三个EM很近，泳池晚上拍照很出片，曼谷的curio是精品路线
地理位置方便.但非常堵车，房价不算便宜，人很多，楼下很繁华，但一到酒店的体验感不太好，前台没有任何笑容，前台好几个几乎都不太友好，我看到别人都有欢迎水和毛巾之类的，我们也没有，房间等到3点后，我要了水还收费了，体验感很差。房间很小，有异味，从厕所出来的。

位置非常方便，周边交通和配套齐全，出行省心。酒店整体很新，房间干净整洁，设计现代，住得很舒服。早餐和餐饮品质不错，选择丰富，整体体验令人满意。
