£431 for a very small 'cocooned' double room for 2 nights. Not a 'B&B' and could hardly be described as 'boutique'. Partner rang to check price on booking and woman on phone stated, 'that must be a mistake.' It turned out we made the mistake, we certainly did. No space for clothes. 'Writing desk with stool' was small table with kettle and no stool. 'Private bathroom' was a tiny shower room. When you sat on the toilet the hand basin was practically on my chest. Little room for manoeuvre! Mirror with coathooks was 7ft high! Thin duvet, minimal bedding. A wonderful city but very very disappointing expensive digs.
