My stay at the opus luxury was enjoyable and hassle-free. While there were a few minor issues, the strengths far outweighed its weaknesses. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Car parking is available u can park one car as well.

The apartment exceeded our expectations with its immaculate cleanliness, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen. Having quick access to MM alam and Liberty made the location ideal. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Overall it was a perfect choice for our stay. Highly recommended.

我写这封信是为了表达我对最近入住奥普斯公寓酒店的不满。这已经是我第二次在办理入住时遇到严重问题，我对此感到非常失望。
我确认的入住时间是下午3点，但直到下午4点多我才拿到房间。这种延误给我带来了诸多不便，也反映出酒店管理不善和缺乏专业精神。
此外，办理入住后，工作人员来到我的房间，强迫我购买饮用水。更令人担忧的是，他们没有退还我付款后的余额。这种行为令人无法接受，严重影响了我的入住体验。
作为一名客人，我期望酒店员工提供更优质的服务、更合理的时间管理以及更诚实守信的行为。我希望管理层能够认真对待此事，并采取纠正措施，确保此类事件不再发生。
虽然他们告诉我下午3点就可以入住，但我等了超过30分钟。公寓仍然没有准备好，感觉我们完全没有被当成客人对待。退房时，他们又让我们停下来等，因为他们需要检查公寓才能让我们离开。由于这次延误，我最终错过了航班。整个过程令人极其沮丧和失望。
就价格而言，还可以。但需要说明的是，它只是将一套大公寓分割成三间配备特大号床的房间，而不是整套公寓（可以把它当作单间公寓来看待），因为没有客厅，也没有牙刷和熨斗等设施。
