My recent stay was unfortunately below expectations due to multiple service and maintenance issues.
Firstly, no welcome drink was served upon arrival, despite it being mentioned as part of the booking amenities. While this may seem minor, it set the tone for the level of service we experienced throughout the stay.
The room itself had several maintenance issues. The exhaust fan wasn’t functioning, and despite informing the staff, no attempt was made to fix it. The mini-bar leaked throughout the first night, and while it was eventually fixed on the second day, it was inconvenient. Additionally, basic amenities like slippers were not provided upon arrival, and even after requesting them three times, they were only given on the second day.
One of the most concerning issues was the faulty door lock, which compromised privacy and security throughout our stay. This should have been addressed immediately, but no resolution was provided. Furthermore, the doorbells for the adjoining rooms were excessively loud, often causing confusion and, at times, even feeling intimidating.
Overall, the stay was disappointing, and the lack of prompt service and proper maintenance significantly impacted the experience. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously to improve the quality of service for future guests.

While the room was clean and the service was good, the lack of heating made it uncomfortably cold. I had to bundle up in hoodies and pants just to stay warm inside.

Not good food very less options for vegetarian. And taste is also not good. They dont know how to cook food properly very dissatisfied with food as it is a basic need of a person. Please look into it and review your food model. I would not recommend.
