When I checked in I was given keys to a room that was occupied. It was an awkward moment of walking into someone’s room and I would have been extremely upset if someone walked into my room. It made me really nervous.
The room was really clean and comfortable. A lot of space.
They don’t provide a lot of toiletries. Just a bar of soap and a small shampoo. Nothing else.

The room was clean and comfortable however the check in process was terrible. There was nobody at the desk. Rang the bell and a girl came out to tell us that she had to go find the other girl. Line was piling up and still nobody. Guess the front desk lady was dealing with a situation with another party accusing another worker of stealing their bags and ipad. Next morning we went at 730 to the breakfast and there was nothing but yogurt, nutragrain bars and instant oatmeal. Coffee was out and the front dedk guy said he was not going to make anymore. Also there wasnt any water juice or milk. The free breakfast they advertise was a joke. Good thing we didn't have kids with us.

Staff was nice! The inside of the hotel wasn’t clean hallway were dirty as if hasn’t been vacuum in weeks and rooms were not ready when we checked in. The eating area wasn’t cleaned either!

This is a really nice place. Looks new and has some advantages for a long time stay. fridge, stove, sink, dresser and a nice closet. It is also in a great location. Everything you could want to do is within 10-15 mins of driving.

The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was extremely uncomfortable unfortunately.. but that may just be my preference in mattress. The bathroom was nice. Toiletries were minimal. The staff were amazing and so friendly. I will be coming back again this weekend and get a king room on my travels to Pueblo. I was happy this hotel was far away from the areas you have to worry about crimes. The parking lot is well lit and it’s away from the areas where you see a lot of break ins and theft.
