Would not stay here again. For the total cost, this was not as it should be. Shower was so unclean the four of us chose to not take a shower. Toilet handle was broken and we had to reach into the tank through the water to pull the plunger to flush it manually for our entire stay. Pillows were dirty- one looked unchanged. On site manager did respond in a timely fashion re:the toilet issue but could not repair it even though they were aware it was broken prior to renting it to us for the night. Craftsmanship is poor-bar counter is not attached and could easily come off and possibly injure a person if you lean on it, unit number is unmarked which made it difficult to locate, space heaters are used as a heat source, bathroom door is damaged and unrepaired. They answered our calls for assistance in locating the unit and were polite. No compensation was ever offered for the toilet issue. Only mentioned they have 14 other properties we could choose from to stay at next time. We have no reason to return to Pueblo in the future and would not be interested in staying at one of their properties after this experience. Have reached out to discuss splitting the cost in half and they are no longer responding. Do not recommend.

Disappointing Stay with Several Issues
The location didn’t feel safe or comfortable, which set the tone for the stay. The living room furniture was stained and in poor condition. There was no central air, only window units, which left dust throughout the space. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

Spacious but not ideal
We rented the 2 bedroom unit, it had a full kitchen & living room which was ideal for our 5 night stay. The biggest issue was the lack of insulation or any type of sound proofing between the ceiling & the unit above. We were able to hear every footstep, conversation & loudly played tv in the units above us. The a/c is two portable units, one in each bedroom, which allows a LOT of outside noise through the vent & also means the only air flow on the main rooms is from having the bedroom doors open & hoping the cool air flows without any fans or circulation of any type. 4 of our 5 nights, guests from other units stood around the sidewalks smoking pot, the sidewalks are window level for the 2 bedroom unit so we heard their conversations & their pot smoke was drawn in through the ac vent & filled the bedroom with the foul smell (I shared the room with my young child, so not ideal) there is a large dining table but the chairs (1 of which was broken) were uncomfortable & more for looks than use. The couch, while large, is low & deep which made it difficult to get comfortable & also to get up out of. This unit is below ground level & has 7 steps to walk down with no hand rail & a low overhang. There is no where to hang towels or anything in the bathroom & minimal counter space so no where to put toiletries or clothes when showering. The ceiling is very low, I'm 5'9" and had to duck under some beams. Management was awesome and easy to communicate with. Location was convenient.

Great for big families on a budget trip
It was our first time in Colorado and we could notnhave found a better place for our family of 6. Plenty of space, great location for driving into the major cities without footing those huge bills. Oir kids are 1 through 9 and they loved it too!

I was hoping for a romantic getaway with my wife for a couple days but that’s not what we got. These Casitas were not really as they were described. First, let me start off with the air conditioner, it is a portable unit that rolls around the Casita from room to room. If you have more than one or two guests staying in the bedrooms it’s impossible to cook both rooms, luckily we brought a big fan. The portable air conditioner does not really cool more than one room at a time. We could cool off the living room, but we could not cool off the rest of the Casita.
Also it wasn’t very clean. The floors felt dirty and the couch was so gross we put our dogs blanket over it so we could sit on it.
The neighborhood was sketchy at best. A homeless guy stood outside for hours screaming thru the fence. Then, overnight, people were coming and going all hours. We didn’t feel comfortable so we left after one night.
I did get a call apologizing and was also offered a discount at a later time.

Solid stay
The apartment was really nice, the owner has clearly made updates based on reviews. Owner was responsive and takes security seriously, but not a walkable neighborhood.

The property itself is beautiful and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and open space. The location is on a rougher side of Pueblo with a lot of transients and run down homes. However, the property is fenced in and I felt very safe . It was a great price in a spot really close to down town. I really loved it and would stay again .

Wow, wasn’t expecting this to be so nice. Area a little scary, but wasn’t worried, I grew up in that neighborhood in the 70’s, not much has changed. All in all we will be back.
