We recently visited Ramada to celebrate my sister’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff (Awishna, Nikita, Nawadita, Alina and Sourav) were very helpful, friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our visit. They were nearly always available whenever we needed assistance which made us feel well taken care of. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a celebration and the food was delicious and well presented. Overall, it was a memorable evening and we truly appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place for special occasions and family celebrations.

第三次入住大吉岭华美达酒店。酒店靠近购物中心。客房服务人员都很友好，比如 Sabita、Saurav、Rinkita、Tanmoy。早餐是免费的，餐厅员工也很乐于助人。房间非常宽敞，床铺感觉就像在家一样。总的来说，这 5 天的体验一直很愉快。
