Very good hotel on the beach at Black Sea , we had two rooms , very clean , good beds , new lines and pillows , minibar , cofee/tea maker , large tv , bathroom very clean , new towels , super shower , all you need . Breakfast very good full of choices hot and cold plus vegan food . Spa and indoor pool super conditions . Staff friendly and professional at reception , restaurant and spa . We recomand this hotel .

Our cruise company booked us in this hotel for one night as the waters in the Danube were too low to get to Constanta. What a beautiful hotel looking out over the Black Sea. Rooms were large and very comfortable and the hospitality was great. Constanta is a vibrant town and we enjoyed our walking tour in the center. A bit of a bus journey to get here but well worth it.

Overall - The hotel provides a a good customer service experience. The check in was quick as well as check out. I never received my loyalty points which was disappointing and thus why rated a 4 and not 5. Hotel was modern and well appointed. Can't complain about anything about the property Good points: Nice updated room Provides an upgrade on room - thank you Parking was free Wifi was free and consistent Bad points None really, just not getting loyalty check in points Didn't have breakfast so can't comment I would probably stay here again.

位于黑海旁马马亚 ***** 的全新 IHG 酒店，非常出色。从布加勒斯特出发，开车 2.5 小时即可抵达。客房设计精美，配有未来派灯开关、工作良好的空调以及遮光窗帘和百叶窗。开业两周后我们入住，住宿无可挑剔。室内和室外泳池都很棒，还有独立的水疗中心，但我们没有使用。虽然酒店规模相对较小，但餐厅员工充足且友好。早餐简单但高效。食物摆盘精美，味道鲜美。唯一的缺点是，Loft 夜总会就在酒店旁边，七楼都能听到音乐。幸运的是，夜总会在午夜结束。还会再来的！
