We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We booked one of their function rooms for an intimate yet memorable celebration of our mother’s 60th birthday. From the initial planning and coordination, food tasting, up to the actual day of the event, everything was well-organized and smoothly executed. The entire team was pleasant and easy to work with, especially Ms. Charmaine Rael, Sales Coordinator, who assisted us throughout the process. We truly felt that we were in good hands. All our questions and concerns were promptly and thoroughly addressed. Ms. Rael was very accommodating and attentive, even beyond office hours, making sure that our inquiries were answered in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate our experience with Brittany Hotel a well-deserved 5 stars for their excellent service, professionalism, and dedicated staff. The food was also exceptional and greatly enjoyed by everyone.

Best Experience with any hotels, Place is intimidating but with the welcoming and friendly approach of the staffs makes you feel at home special mention to the front desk “ Ken Solano “ cheerful , approachable guy . Its the 5th Anniversary of me and my partner we’ve booked the Premire Suite Room , all i can say is WOW, they even took the time to send us complimentary piece of cake ( its delicious BTW ) and a greeting from the screen at our room . 70+ sqm of complete coziness , you will really get what you’ve paid for . Supersized Bed comfy pillows sheets were super clean , all you can do is Relax and enjoy every inch of the room Please give Brittany Hotel Villiar City a try . Presonally enjoyed my stay , i for sure know you will too as well . ITS LUXURY AT ITS FINEST !!! Thanks again for the experience . Hope to see you guys again .

Brittany酒店相当新。我们一直想找机会体验一下，因为每次路过Daang Hari都能看到它。最初我们只预订了一晚住宿，想放松一下。没想到，第二天我们就又回来了，因为我们需要一个能住三天两晚的地方。我问了第一次入住时帮助我们的同一位前台服务员Ken，我们之前住的豪华房是否还有空，因为我们更喜欢那间。他们没有直接回答是否有空，而是告诉我们免费升级到了尊贵房！这真是个惊喜，尤其这只是我们第二次入住。我们非常感谢这种贴心的举动，这让我们的住宿体验更加愉快。非常感谢Ken的帮助和友善。他们的服务水平真的很突出。
酒店整体氛围很好。安静，非常干净，而且有一种温馨的感觉。员工都很友好和乐于助人。虽然我们总是很晚才回来，没能尝试餐厅的大部分菜品，但我们尝试过的食物都很美味，咖啡也出奇地好喝。虽然酒店可能因为是新开的，对某些人来说设施会显得有些有限，但总的来说，我们住得很开心。它很快就成了我们住过的所有酒店中最喜欢的一家。😁 我们希望他们能继续提供优质服务，甚至能进一步改善，特别是设施和便利设施。我们肯定会再来的，并且会向我们的朋友和家人推荐这里。
这家酒店非常舒适，我们很喜欢在这里度过的工作日夜晚。我们的房间很宽敞，但没有衣柜。浴室很大，带浴缸。虽然镜子有点脏，有水渍，但洗漱用品很齐全。餐厅的食物非常棒。我们很喜欢泳池。工作人员很乐于助人。这里是放松身心的完美之地。
房间很普通。这种水平的房间，价格却非常贵。真希望能多花4000块去住冈田酒店，那样性价比会高很多。
非常干净，住得很满意。工作人员也很友善。酒店附近有个大型商场，很方便。
