We recently hosted a weekend conference at Hotel Lela, and everything about the experience was outstanding! From the very first conversation, the staff was helpful, gracious, attentive, and eager to help us make sure every detail went smoothly. The meeting space was perfect for our group—comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to access. The hotel team made setup simple and supported us throughout the weekend with professionalism and kindness. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having water and coffee ready each morning, fresh flowers on the tables, comfortable spaces to gather throughout the hotel, and the staff being available to answer any last-minute questions. Several of our attendees also enjoyed meals at Paloma’s, the onsite restaurant, and couldn’t say enough about both the food and the service. It really was excellent! A special thank-you to Rebecca and Jeromi for their hospitality and partnership in making our event a success. Hotel Lela provided not just a great space, but a welcoming atmosphere that made our time together even more meaningful. We look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel is newer and that was nice. Its good that there is only 2 floors. The guest services clerks were outstanding. The female in the restaurant ruined the joy in an instant. She did not want to take our order after being told by another person that we were waiting to order. She is clearly a ******. We were the only people of color in the dining area that only had 4 other whites guest there. We only wanted to order 2 smoothies and it seemed to be a problem for her. As I voiced my concerns to tge front desk clerk, she was unable to locate the kitchen manager. I was given names and emails. We will never return to this hotel. Enough is enough!

My stay was great, and what really made it stand out was the team. I had a small HVAC issue in my room, and Ray handled it quickly and professionally. Not only was it fixed, but he went the extra mile and left a thoughtful note with a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. That kind of service makes you feel genuinely valued, not just like another reservation. Michelle at the bar is amazing. Friendly, attentive, and just has that energy that makes you want to sit down and stay awhile. She’s a gem. And shoutout to the red-haired night front desk associate. I didn’t catch her name, but she was warm, helpful, and welcoming every single time I walked through the lobby. The entire team made the stay feel personal and intentional. That’s rare. Thank you all for the hospitality.

Customer Service and bar staff are both exceptional. They will all do anything they can for you! Hotel is immaculate and clean. Definitely a 5 star!
