大堂很漂亮,距离海滩大概走路8~10分钟,门卫、前台、接待都超级好,特别是门卫!!
设施:设施便利,该讲的注意事项前台都会跟你讲清楚,很详细
卫生:卫生很不错,这几天住下来也没什么不好的地方,但是感觉房间里面水压有时候不稳定
服务:服务没得说,超级棒👏
服务态度很好,特别是Nance。个人遇到的前台及其他工作人员都很热情 态度非常友善,并没有遇到评论中的区别对待中国人或歧视,遇到区别对待可能是那些人的英文程度不高 不懂沟通吧,反正英文有点基础的话不会有问题。
房间中等大小,硬件设施都不错,有洗漱用品,卫生也很好,水干净 不黄,热水也很够。地段的话就一般吧(主要房价便宜),走去海滩大概十分钟,最近的711走五分钟。
缺点就是房间隔音不算好,运气不好的话隔壁房可能半夜会大声放音乐,打扰睡眠。
还有各位要小心床脚!路过的时候不要踢到了!!!第一天入住脚趾头不小心踢到 指甲盖都掀起来了,各位自己小心点!
带孩子去 想着先玩卡伦沙滩就选择这家酒店 房间和其他入住者发布的一样 很适合带低龄娃的家长 可以自己煮点吃的给孩子 附近应该十分钟内有7-11 可以买东西 去沙滩过马路走人行道也可以到 体验感不错 没坐免费接驳巴士 哈哈哈 计划满满了

设施:很齐全 很新 空间很大 离海滩走路不到十分钟
服务:工作人员服务都很好,会很耐心介绍设施,帮你拿行李
总体超出预期,但是设施设备确实老旧,酒
房间有些味道,其他无可挑剔。
房间和图片一致,不过就是因为房间里家具多,所以显得拥挤。
前台有人会一些中文,简单的交流是可以的。但比如遇到房间没有网络,可能就不太容易说清楚了。房间的网络是真的很差,酒店给我的wifi我连不上,用我自己的流量显示3G。
第2晚的续房打扫,这国外和国内肯定不一样我理解,但1卫生间的洗澡脚垫没换,2第一晚用的牙刷上面缠了毛发(所以极可能打扫阿姨是用我们自己的牙刷做了卫生。
房间的2个空调,都很有意思。一个是侧对着床,一个是正对着床,晚上睡觉肯定不敢全开(对热很敏感的需要注意……
总的来说,这是一家不错的酒店,也挺新的。房间空间很大,但塞满了各种物品和家具,导致活动空间有些紧凑。位置稍微偏离主街,但开车5分钟或者步行15-20分钟就能到达热闹的卡伦主街。总的来说,对这次住宿很满意。
酒店地理位置优越,步行即可到达海滩、7-11便利店和按摩店。房间干净舒适,设施齐全。游泳池很棒,可惜泳池酒吧关门了,虽然有欢乐时光的促销牌子。早餐还行,但种类有限,而且办理入住时工作人员没有告知我们早餐的地点和开放时间。Foliage餐厅的晚餐没有开放,但客房服务的披萨很好吃。Cupz咖啡馆的价格偏高,和品质不符。酒店提供停车位,但车道有点窄。
酒店位置有点尴尬,有一个大斜坡,还好出现可以电梯到负一楼,大堂很小,房间看着大,但也有点拥挤,卫生间的门有点鸡肋,开门不方便 影响其他人用洗脸盆,早餐一言难尽,没啥可吃的,同价位可以选择其他酒店,单纯过度的到也没啥问题!第一次碰到衣架是固定在衣柜里的 !
非常满意!工作人员服务特别好,房间又新又干净,设施也很齐全。出行方便,不到5分钟就能走到卡伦海滩,附近还有咖啡馆和很多其他景点。酒店有儿童泳池和成人泳池,还有儿童俱乐部,早餐种类也很丰富。非常适合来这里度假。如果有机会,强烈推荐大家来住!
