Nothing to do nearby. Hard to get out of. Called to confirm early arrival for an hour. Said our room wasn’t ready for another thirty minutes, then asked our name. Pictures online showed an arm chair in the room. No chair. Asked for chair and was told the pictures were stock, not of their hotel. I showed them pictures of the lobby were of the location. I was given a hard banquet chair. Pictures had carpet, no carpet. No carpet really sucks when children above you are running or pulling luggage around in the middle of the night. Sounded like elephants. View out the window was a school bus grave yard. Horrible stay, no sleep, room was nothing like what I booked. Tv was huge and only 18” from the foot of the beds. Couldn’t even watch it.
Bed was nice. Which is nice since there was no other seating. Will never stay here again.

While our hotel sits near a few local businesses, we’re conveniently located just off I-81, close to the airport, restaurants, shopping, and the commerce parks — ideal for both short and extended stays.We appreciate you mentioning that you found the bed comfortable; that’s one thing we hear quite often from guests. Newer hotel and was very clean. It is next to a TA fuel station so there is quite a bit of tractor trailer traffic. Other than that no complaints.

Walmart right across the street. Kitchen in room to prepare food. Very clean, I found out it's been open a year and it looks brand new.

Convenient for our Trip
The room AC was good. I wish it had a "constant fan" option to keep the unit running so it can drown out the truck stop and interstate noise.

Missing some basics.
Big Tv with no channels. Noisy air conditioner. Lucky it was a short stay. Rooms designed for extended stays and nice but going cheap on basics.

We hope for a resolution soon.Regarding the air conditioner, our team measured a sound level of 45 dB in the suite—well within the typical range for hotel HVAC systems and considered quiet by industry standards.
