Chose this hotel over our usual hotel because they offered turkey sausages (or any non-pork option) for breakfast. Of course the day we booked they only offered full pork menu. So no breakfast for us. On the other hand, the staff was lovely and the rooms are excellent! I also love that the bathroom has all items we’re not allowed to carry in our suitcase.

We did not get the room we booked. This room was for my mom who is staying for a surgery the next day. Very important surgery preparation is to wash well to prevent infection. I booked an accessible room with a walk in shower specifically for this purpose. It was the only reason I booked this place. On check in we were not even given an accessible room. The staff did find us an accessible room when we objected. However there was not the walk in shower. My mom was not able to shower as specified before her surgery. The room provided was less per night than the room we booked. We were not even refunded the difference.

Unacceptable Experience from Start to Finish
Our stay at this hotel was one issue after another. The first room had no heat, and after returning late to a freezing room, staff confirmed the unit was broken. We had to move rooms at 1 AM. The second room had a live bug crawling in the bed, and the next day the same dead bug was still on the sheets—clear proof the linens were never changed.
Management did not contact us for two days, and when we finally spoke to someone, we were told, “Since you’re here for a funeral, why are you worried about the room?” Completely unprofessional and insensitive.
Despite prepaying, we were also charged multiple additional amounts on two different cards, causing financial issues during an already difficult trip. Now, we are being billed again for “stains on towels,” which feels like yet another unjustified charge added on top of an already unacceptable stay.
Between the unsanitary conditions, the billing problems, and the dismissive attitude from management, this hotel failed at every level. I do not recommend staying here.
