I went for a quick getaway to experience heaven. It was truly a calming experience. I had a mental reset and Sterling did take care of me. Location is spot on. Vibe was calm and peaceful with options to make it lovely as well. Room was spacious. Got a free upgrade. Clean and spotless and all equipment working. Great room service. And I had a peaceful solo trip. The swimming pool was a saviour. Quick walk into the 50 mtr far natural waterfall too was a joy. Most importantly the food was yum! I wonder who trained these youngsters on job. They were cheerful and quick & the whole show is run by them, impeccable. Anugraha, Jackson, Allan, Sinan, Nivedya and few more of them were genuinely nice to Interact with. Mr. Prajod , Assistant Manager (F&B) was ensuring each and every thing is taken care. The Chef needs a special mentioning. I would be going back again! Lovely stay, I did a few paintings as well.

I stayed at this wonderful and breathtaking hotel right beside the Chalakudypuzha river and my stay was memorable thanks to 1. The ambience 2. The physical setting of the Hotel 3. A very helpful and fantastic staff with beaming faces and always ready to help in case of need. 4. 24 hr availabilty 5. Excellent quality of food served right next to an mesmerizing vista of river front. Spacious Rooms Value for Money Diligently Clean Quiet Comfort and a Fully Equipped Room with all necessary Amenities including hair dryer and iron. I am taking back memories of a very special moment in time and I also take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I have received. Sterling never disappoints.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Sterling Athirapally and it was such a refreshing break for both of us. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday there, which made the trip even more special. The location is just beautiful and so close to the stunning Athirappally Waterfalls. The peaceful vibe and natural beauty made it the perfect place to relax together. The service was warm and friendly throughout our stay. The Restaurant staff were very helpful and made cake arrangements for his birthday, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, the food was tasty, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We left feeling happy, relaxed, and grateful for the lovely memories. Would definitely love to visit again! 😊

Wow this was an excellent accomodation cannot complain about anything it is so so beautiful - the rooms, the staff, views everything. A real well done surely recommend it

It was a wonderful experience to stay here,there was a lot of indoor and outdoor activities, we enjoyed a lot,and the environment and scenery ***** the waterfall was mind blowing,food also was delicious, very happy to stay here,tq 🙏🏼

河景非常好。而且从酒店出发也很方便。
住宿体验很棒，他们升级了我们的房间。食物很棒。如果其他人也来这个地区旅游，我一定会推荐他们来试试这家酒店。
酒店位于阿提拉皮利瀑布下游的河边。客房享有令人难以置信的河景。美丽的空间和非常宽敞的房间。不幸的是，酒店维护得很差，我们觉得一切都很顺利，没有任何真正的动力。清洁度也不是最好的。这当然是一种耻辱，因为酒店面临着迅速恶化的风险，必须降低价格才能继续吸引人。
