We were at the resort for 4 nights. The location is somewhat in the interior. The nearest small town (if one can call it) is approx 8 km away. Nothing to write about the town. Closed on Sunday. The River Indulge Room with a balcony was spacious with the regular amenities. Clean. Breakfast was good but repetitive on all days. There were two days we had to have an Ala Cart dinner due to short of MAP guests. That was a disappointment. Ms Anugrah and Mr Prabhakar the manager was very helpful and made sure we were attended to. So was Mr Vikram. We wish them the best.

We didnt stay in the hotel, but we had, lunch and dinner here. The waiters are very kind, give excellent advice and like to talk with you and share information. The food taste very good !! For the dessert try the hot brownie with icecream!! You will be surprised. Anugraha, Prajod, Tanishq and Jackson, thank you for giving us an perfect dinner experience ! My recent stay at Sterling Athirappilly was truly memorable, especially for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway immersed in nature’s beauty. 📍 Location The resort’s setting on the banks of the Chalakudy River is spectacular — with views that make you pause and soak in the lush greenery and the distant Athirappilly waterfalls. It’s a serene spot that feels like a nature lover’s dream. The proximity to the falls and surrounding forest adds to its charm and makes every moment outside the room feel special.  🛏 Accommodation & Comfort Our room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and offered lovely river views, especially from the balcony. Many guests echo this sentiment, saying the rooms feel fresh and invitation-ready for relaxation.  The modern décor and comfort throughout made our stay very comfortable. 👨‍💼 Staff & Service The staff were consistently friendly and ready to help — from a warm check-in to thoughtful service during meals. Several reviews highlight specific team members who went out of their way to make guests feel welcomed.  That said, there were moments during busy breakfast and dinner hours when service felt a bit stretched, so patience helps.  🍽 Dining The restaurant’s riverside location is delightful, and most meals we tried were flavorful and satisfying. Breakfast offers good variety, though some visitors mentioned that having a few more options — especially for non-veg lovers — could elevate the experience further.  🏊 Amenities & Experiences The rooftop infinity pool overlooking the river provided a wonderful place to unwind, particularly in the mornings or at sunset.  Other amenities like nature walks, bird watching, and relaxing in the lounge helped enhance our stay. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement There were some minor drawbacks: • A few guests noted the check-in process can be slower during busy periods.  • Value for money depends on the room type — river-view or premium rooms clearly deliver more bang for your buck.  • A couple of reviews pointed out that maintenance in some spots could be sharpened.

I really liked their warm welcome and hospitality, especially Stebin, Nivaedys, Shevam and Jai helped us with everything. And the rooms are really nice with water falls view, we had a great time there

The staff were super cooperative and made our visit even more enjoyable. The place had a great vibe, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! Had a wonderful experience, and the views were totally insta-worthy. Highly recommend for nature lovers. And I could witness the best best view of Athirapally Waterfalls.

Such an amazing experience i had at Sterling Athirapally... This is not for advertising purpose am saying this.. What am saying is from my true experience.. Such hospitality and great service we had there.. I was with my family and they really enjoyed there stay at sterling... We will definitely visit again.
